Chose the one boss that rapidly hits in short succession, the tomb lord though, absolute prick to kill with thorns. Butcher, not a problem, again because he intentionally hits you. Also, this guy is a level 50 Barb attacking a level 51 boss. At level 50, with Thorns, even the month ago that this clip was recorded, you should be into world tier 4 already and holding your own vs enemies 25 to 30 levels higher then you. It's not an impressive video. But then the game takes all types of players, and casual gamers make up part of that, even casual gamers using strong builds to rofflestomp trash tier equivalents.

There are two types of "One-Shot" for me;
1. You down a boss in a Souls-like on the first try.
2. and more commonly, ONE hit tanks the hp of whatever you are hitting.
the boss used 1 move and from thorns it one shot him. so the boss 1 shot himself with 1 move because of thorns

It's not one hit of damage.
It's multiple hits.
He says “he’s one-shotting himself” while the demon is using 1 ability. He just blows out fire and kills himself. Not too difficult to understand what he’s talking about lol

Major issue is World Bosses. But I guess we can have one skill that does DMG. Anyway nowadays you just stand there and leech, BL user and Druids will kill them in your stead.

If there was an ability in CS that let one bullet hit 25 times then yeah that's also a one shot. If a single ability that hits 25 times kills someone in a moba that's also a one shot. This isn't hard to understand.

When an enemy does direct damage to your character thorns returns damage back. So a high thorn count and an enemy kills themselves when attacking you

I'm new to diablo wat do thorns do? I'm asuming do they reflect damage
Thorns damage enemies that attack you and you can get passive that reflects damage aswell I think. Also high level armor can drop with a ton extra thorns
