ये कहानी जिम कार्बेट नेशनल पार्क में सन 1985 में एक बाघ द्वारा अंग्रेज़ पक्षी विज्ञानि को मारकर खाए जाने की सत्य घटना पर आधारित है
ये दुखद घटना 22 फरवरी 1985 को जिम कार्बेट नेशनल पार्क में घटी जब 22 लोगों के दल को लेकर एक अंग्रेज़ bird watcher यहां रुकने आए थे और एक बाघ द्वारा शिकार हो गए थे। इस घटना के बाद इस पार्क में पैदल ट्रैकिंग पर पूर्णतया रोक लगा दी थी। खोजी दल के लोगो द्वारा खोज के दौरान देखे गए चिन्हों और घटित हुई सभी घटनाओं को एक एक कड़ी के रूप में जोड़ कर अनुमान लगाया गया की किस तरह ये घटना हुई होगी। जिसे मैंने अपने शब्दो में आप तक पहुंचाने की एक कोशिश की है। उम्मीद है मेरी ये कोशिश आपको पसंद आई होगी।

Dhitoo had all signs to become a Maneater right from his early childhood. He was daring and that's the reason why he was called 'DHITOO' After his capture he was brought to Lucknow Zoo and he was so ferocious that his keeper had admitted that he had never encountered a Tiger like him in captivity. Later he was transferred to Kanpur Zoo where he died after couple of years.

When I went to Corbett in 1993 my guide told me and took me to the place and narrated all the story, which was located near a wooden bridge on a canal and the tiger was on a small hill adjacent to canal

मेरा खेत पेंच राष्ट्रीय पार्क के किनारे है जहां बाघ ने सूअर का शिकार किया था मै ओर मेरी पत्नी खेत में घूमने गए शाम के लगभग 5 बजे थे बाघ अपने शिकार के पास छुप कर बैठा था मेरी पत्नी मेरे आगे थी गेहूं की ऊंचाई अधिक होने के कारण उसे बाघ नहीं दिखा मुझे बाघ का सर उसके कान दिखे जो हमें देख रहा था मैंने अपनी पत्नी को पीछे आने को कहा बाघ ने अपने मुंह को ऊपर उठा कर गुर्रा ने लगा मैंने मोटी आवाज मै चिल्लाया बाघ एक जंप मै हमारे सामने आ गया मैंने अपने हाथो फैलाए ओर जोर चिल्लाया तब बाघ 2फिट दूर था

Tourism se revenue generate hoga or wo revenue wildlife conservation ke liye spent hoga, tourists aayenge to jungle me baki ki illegal activities like poaching and smuggling me kami aayegi, ha yaha wo tourist galat tha or hadse kuchh seekh bhi dekar jate hai.
