ND fan and alum here: I think Duece has amazing talent, and I’d love to see him at Notre Dame. But I just don’t see it at this point. Auburn will get a great talent. ND will be fine.
glad he is not wasting his eligibility at Notre Dame on the bench. That's the problem with Notre Dame they wont start a freshman would rather get a average grad transfer qb going on 3 years now. I am a ND fan and glad he is going to Auburn so he can actually play. not to mention no qb has come here recently and developed at ND.
He looks great for sure...You should check out Trent Seaborn of Thompson HS in Alabaster AL. Legit may be the best HS QB in America. Won the state title as 8th Grade starter. Sophomore now. I am a ND fan, 21 colleges have already offered Trent, hopefully ND will jump on board soon
I’ve watched him play all the way through high school and I do not understand the hype. He bailed on his team and then came back after it didn’t work out in Tennessee. When he actually plays, he shows a nice flash here and there, but has never accomplished anything on the high school field to amount to anything. The hype is based solely on potential. He has nice size and I guess they think he can be coached up.

Why is he only a 4 star?
Because anytime a player commits to Auburn they automatically lose a star ! Been that way for years with that being said War Damn Eagle
