The stigma around medication is SO intense! Quiet but it's there - even among the therapy-goers. I hope to see a change soon.

Indeed the stigma is hard to deal with. Its hard just to accept that we need help in the form of medication or even admission. One day at a time we are healing

Therapy is so expensive but God knows we need it.

Yip it can be but there are organizations that offer at free or discounted rate and other things you can try. Will do a separate video

Mental health meds have literally saved my life, I don’t talk about it though in fear of stigma. Weird thing is I am in a health care sector

Just recently I uttered the words ‘we should not be slaves to pills’ and I felt bad about it. I think us health workers/students need to do better….
