    Hey Jimmy,
    Thanks for the quality content again! So, I believe then there can be two clarifications? (like during and post fermentation)

      You're very welcome! For white wines, clarification of the must/juice is commonly undertaken pre-fermentation, rather than during. Clarification prior to bottling is also common for all styles.
