For example, I make about 30 a day because I know that they are going to sell that day or next. That way I don't already have the product made and the lip glosses have a LONGER shelf life. BUT, they last up to six months after opening ❤ I recommend Vitamin E oil because its for moisture and it repairs cracked lips
Every cosmetic product has a "Period After Opening" seal to tell you the expiration date after opening....my lip glosses last around six months...good question btw
Do you sell lipgloss without using versagel? I wanna start my own lip gloss business but i can't get versagel from Nepal because amazon don't ship here.

I always disinfect my tubes in hot water and a cap full of bleach. I let them sit overnight then rinse 3 times. I dry them for 3 days. I have never had a problem with my wand tubes or squeeze tubes being ruined.

You can use a coffee grinder or mortar and pestle to grind them down. I use a coffee grinder and it works great!

You shouldn't wash your tubes in water after filling. Water seeps into the threading and can create bacteria and mold.
