I broke a cardinal rule of nursing. Never let your certifications expire. I have been off the floors and in an admitting type nursing job for 4 years and I mistakenly let my ACLS run up and I have gotten super rusty. I am now back in the job market due to an upcoming move and felt I needed to get my certifications up to speed, so ACLs looks better on a resume. I have spent 3 good days with your class on ECGs up to lesson 14. I want to thank you. What a help to knock the rust off my brain. I have spent my free time for about 2 weeks reading the ACL manual and watching videos on ST elevation and ACLS protocols. Isn't the internet a wonderful tool. I am dam near old enough to remember a time without these resources. Thanks again.

Hi thanks for this course I've learned so much. I am a single ventricle patient with a fontan circulation. I had ablation for atrial flutter and atrial tachy. Heart rate of 260 ! With WPWS i thought the re entrant circut can be around the av node ?@Meducator01
