I see that you’re collecting the letters for the The Niche Lady! I’m so excited to see you using my suggestion and can’t wait to see the sign put up! 👍🏻❤️😀
I collect newspapers from my mom and take them to my favorite thrift stores so they have wrapping paper for breakables. They really appreciate it. Wish other people who get the newspaper did the same. I also keep paper and box from my Chewy deliveries in my car for when they don't have any.
I love the spice rack! Mace is part of the nutmeg, my grandmother used to use it in some of her cakes, especially a streusel mix for her coffee cake. My grandfather used to put a bit in his homemade sausages as well.
The cups are what places like Pizza Hut, Golden Corral, and Cici's Pizza used to use as kids cups. Pretty much every place in the 90s that had free self-serve refills so kids didn't break them when they walked them over to the machines.
Hi! Late to the game on this video but it's super fun to watch and shop along! An idea for a cart full of breakables - bring along a couple of collapsible crates and put them in the cart and as you shop you can just fill up the crates and stack them. Also makes for an easier checkout too. Loving the content!
You should have gotten the turtle 🐢😂 and celebrated him at Christmas. That coffee table would have been in my 🚗 so fast . $40 Girl make Room for it 😉☺️💞😘🤗💞💖 Good Luck Shopping ECL.
Love to watch your videos my friend!! You find so many great things!! Love you and your channel!! You are a sweet person!! God bless you and your family!! Much love!! ❤️🌺💖💙🙏🙏🥰🥰🦋🦋💚💚🌹🌹💖💖
Danni, some notes! lol 10:58 I sold 6 of those red juice glasses last wk for $20 on etsy. (Passed up $60 total there!) Write down the letters you found and put them on a card in your purse! 5:36 Magazine rack for bathroom or next to bed. GREAT SPICE HOLDER! 7:44 Guardian Angel Wood Slice $25; 10:05 $20 copper candle holder; What are the amber textured bowls? Happy to learn about metlox! Would have passed them! Love the enamel pans - my mama taught me that. Bet yours used them too! - Booker's Bourbon Adv Box 9empty) $20+ Coool S&P mill! Is the neat pink and white dish Flowertime by Otagiri? (Fuzzy robes make great packing when there's no paper!) 26:15 Metlox Poppytrail! tooo bad! 28:22 Partylite candles in box $20 bill easy! Def would PULL TONGUE. Thank you for all the retail therapy you give me! My 8 yr old granddaughter loves watching you at night as she's falling asleep - says she likes to relax to your voice! You have a broad range of followers!! Love your your mom. Still have her CD. She and my mom played EXACTLY the same way, and same songs. Very freaky!! I wouldn't be able to tell the difference--seriously.
Maybe that's what's going on with my vintage soda bottles!!! I think they're exciting. And worth at least 15 to 20. And they sell for 1 or 2 dollars . Like u said probly priced low! This isn't going to keep me from picking them up. I still ❤️ them !
The Metlox is probably delphinium blue and honestly you'll probably make more money selling them as singles. The prices that have been available sell at a really good price point. Seems like a hard to find set. Very lucky!! And the fiesta mug? Talk about score in the dinnerware section! Also I would have picked up that wreath. Obsessed with it!
Danni, at the 27:16 mark, I think the black and tan thing is a golf bag. LOL NOOOOOOOO! Frangelica is horrible! You were so right Danni, it smells bad because it tastes bad. Oh am I going to get some feed back for this. :-)
Danni, love those Easter pillows. Looks like the bird one and nest go together, and the two with bunnies and eggs.. ….that big plush dog in the pink outfit was Skye from Paw Patrol (she drives a helicopter). Paw Patrol is pretty popular with the young crowd, maybe 3-8.
I would love to have a job of stocking up apartment rentals, or cottage cupboards! Dishes, glassware, pots and pans. Some decor, rugs , curtains, small furniture. The cutlery maybe not. They can look good but have a metallic taste. 😝 That would be so much fun!!
The smaller red plastic cups are for juice. Like when you went in and ordered breakfast with coffee and juice. The juice was served in a smaller cup than the water.
Danni….. your idea of an eBay store with just Nativity pieces is a great idea. (I heard you throw that idea out there on a previous video.) This type of store would be a kin to replacement china sites that sell replacement plates, teacups, etc. The inventory would most likely be long tail items, but I think there is a market for it.
@@lrrymoore4614 If I can find sold items on eBay, I use that info to determine prices. If I can’t find comparable sold items, I try to Google search the item for any info. If all I can find is original retail, I’ll list the item for 40%-100% of retail, and sometimes with the ‘make an offer’ option.
A good tip would be to write the letters you have purchased for The Niche Lady sign and put it in your purse so that you know which ones you still need to get.
I would love to find a spice cabinet like the one you found. It is great. I have been looking for one the past six months. Love all your detail. Happy hunting
At our Goodwills here in Iowa, if an item has lost its' sticker, they WILL NOT sell it to you. They think you removed the sticker in an effort to get it cheaper, so they put it behind the counter and mark it later in the week. You usually never see it again. It stinks but that is their rule! Plus, they take all the good stuff and sell it online at their own Ebay store and put out merchandise for the in person buyer that is broken, missing parts, stained and mark it high. Not great Goodwills in our area. You are SO lucky.
Dani, Mace can be used for baking. It’s also used in meat dishes as well. Love the cabinet. Look for an E-mail:):) oh, if you come across vintage mace tins, they can sell for a fair amount!
Love the spice holder. I think I made a recipe for Swedish meatballs with mace. Have no idea what else to make with it lol. Tanks for Sharing your trip!!!
I know eh? I bought my hubby one for his birthday last year and he uses it all the time for his famous burgers, it's so much better then the plastic ones which break. Happy New Year!
You need to go to the hardware store and get some tomatoe plants beef master, & grapes tomatoes. I the the kids would love to watch them grow & Noah can cook with them also 😉❤️😘
Just a tip for when they don't have paper to wrap your breakables. Instead of buying clothes, look for a roll of wrapping paper. You can usually pick him up for a buck or two.
Yes it is she closed her store back before she moved and then just recently started listing again, but she said last Monday she fell off the wagon, and one of her goals come 2022 is to go back to listing 1-2 items a day. Happy New Year .
I love watching you find these items. I was wondering...how many do you actually sell for the projected sale price? Where do you store all these items til they sell?
I'm in western KY & you havn't seen wind, just sayin! I guess we're getting Las Vegas weather, bcuz it was 70° today, New Years eve, & i grilled steaks out. I tell you what, GW really needs to be cleaning your store better, what with all that "Pooh" on the shelves🤣! Plush isn't really my niche, but as i was checking out @ GW other day, i looked over on top of the jewelry case & Thumper was sitting there. He's animated & when the button's pressed his foot thumps & he says different phrases, so couldn't leave him there. Wished i'd gone back to the toys & looked for Bambi & pals, too. I hope you & your family have a blessed, safe & prosperous 2022, Danni. Happy New Year!
I knew mace was an herb but did not know much about it. Mace is a yellowish-brown spice that is derived from the dried lacy coating of the nutmeg seed.Available in ground form and as dried "blades," it is often paired with other aromatic spices
Fun video. Felt like you were playing Jeopardy when trying to find the letters. Artists can never have enough supplies - especially pencils. They can be pricey. I thought the flowery glass lamp shades were adorable. Perfect for people into shabby chic. Just one question about the crooked stemmed martini glasses. Do the stems straighten out the more you drink? Just curious lol
My mom used to have one of those Burger presses I knew what it was the minute you picked it up. I love watching your videos, I watch them everyday now. I even go back and watch ones that I didn't see before I started watching your channel. Makes me want to go thrifting.
I leave things where they do not belong at times because I have an injured leg and have vertigo. If I cannot make it back to the area again that is what I must do. So not everything misplaced is done put of laziness.
I think its time for me to subscribe. I've been watching your vids almost religiously lately! Your energy is great! So much so at first I thought you were Canadian like me until I heard you're from Vagas :) much love from Ontario!
Dani, I bring my own paper and bubble wrap when I shop. You can get fee bubble wrap pieces in the produce depts at the super market when they are packing out.
The spice cabinet is an amazing find!! 🤩
Mace can be used in baking & seasoning meats as well. Vintage mace tins sell for a fair amount! I love this spice holder, it’s awesome:)
I see that you’re collecting the letters for the The Niche Lady! I’m so excited to see you using my suggestion and can’t wait to see the sign put up! 👍🏻❤️😀
Great Idea! I hardly wait until it's all complete! It's going to be nice to see on that wall
Just 7 more letters: T, H, H, E, I, C, and Y.

Thank u for ur heart comment have a blessed week
The small cups are juice glasses! They were cute and really brought back memories.
Don't they? I would have a grabbed a set,I found a pristine set of Tupperware iced tea cups with lids and spoons (I grabbed them so fast)Lol
Back in the wood section, there was the brown holder with pigs on it, well that hole holds an oil lamp.
I see them often. Do you think those long vases with pointed/round bottoms would fit in those holders?
You should keep an old laundry basket and some towels in your car to pack breakables when Goodwill doesn't have paper to pack them in.
I collect newspapers from my mom and take them to my favorite thrift stores so they have wrapping paper for breakables. They really appreciate it. Wish other people who get the newspaper did the same. I also keep paper and box from my Chewy deliveries in my car for when they don't have any.

OMG I LOVE THAT WOOD SPICE RACK DRAWER LITTLE CABINET THING .....
HERE TAKE MY MONEY lol
I know eh? And to think it's was made in the late 1800s!!! Amazing! Happy New Year
Yes thats what I love about it. Happy New Year as well.
Hi Danni! Looking forward to this shop! 😁
Mace is the nutmegs Lacy husk ground down for cooking.
The stacks of little red cups.... restaurants would use them for juices, like for breakfast or milk
The cups are what places like Pizza Hut, Golden Corral, and Cici's Pizza used to use as kids cups. Pretty much every place in the 90s that had free self-serve refills so kids didn't break them when they walked them over to the machines.
And for juices at breakfast time.
At 29:10 after looking at votives on the next shelf up looks like a possible glassybaby. Shiny gold
The spice cabinet is lovely what a brilliant find
The dog mug is for your cookies and milk. So cute!
Spice cabinet is really old. I lived in Sheboygan, that factory closed long long ago.
Lol. I already say “give me a D” or whatever letter I find. Lolol. Happy New Year!
Mace was a very old spice, rarely used any more. The glasses were used for juice and children.
The wood wall hanging with the shelf with a hole in it is an antique kerosene lantern holder
That art pottery bowl with the pink flowers is beautiful. I definitely would have picked that up also!! 😊❤️
I appreciate all the research you do , it really ties it all up and is so educational. Thanks

I love ❤️ the idea of ‘Niche Lady’ wall art !
It’ll be kinda funny. ( to me because I have a dark sense of humour) all these different letters will make it look like a ransom note behind you

Oh my remark was about the little rack you found
I must say your the best

You and ME BOTH!!!!!
The iron easel with the 12x 12 page protectors is for showing your finished scrapbook pages and displaying them.
The smaller red plastic cups are for juice. Like when you went in and ordered breakfast with coffee and juice. The juice was served in a smaller cup than the water.
The little red glasses they use for juice cups in restaurants
I was waiting patiently for my favorite youtuber to come on!
That's what so fun about shopping it is the thrill of the hunt and the treasures that you find
I am a true treasure hunter!!
Setting on mic was very good. I could hardly hear any background noise.
Mace is similar to nutmeg for use in food. It also has several uses in herbal medicine.
I bought a bin full of Christmas at 75% off. Couldn't help myself. Found an avon nativity and ganz 10 pc set

I believe the wooden rack st 5.50 is one of those racks from the doctors office that holds magazines and pamphlets in the exam room
The little red cups are for juice
I have them in a clear colot
A good tip would be to write the letters you have purchased for The Niche Lady sign and put it in your purse so that you know which ones you still need to get.

The "LITTLE SHELF THING" is used in ⛪for tithing envelopes or pamphlets

I worked Pizza Hut in the 70s and our water glasses were HUGE by comparison.
I would love to find a spice cabinet like the one you found. It is great. I have been looking for one the past six months. Love all your detail. Happy hunting
Mace is the ground outer (Lacey) covering from nutmeg. It’s a bit stronger and more peppery in flavour
I've seen those wooden pieces with the pigs on it used to hold oil lamps!

I can relate to this! Curious where u r located?
I love that Noah like his kitchen stuff! I think that is a start of a great chef!💕
I love that elephant teapot...super! 🐘 😍
I love the dish that is shaped kind of different. Very pretty
The small glasses I’ve seen used for orange juice or any kind of juice in restaurants.
Oh I thought they were kids glasses? Happy New Year
Mace is also used in baking. It’s ground
Loved it. Piglet and the Denver broncos cup was my favorite.
I remember using the hamburger press..lay the wax paper down and press away!
That spice cabinet was a good find
Dani, Mace can be used for baking. It’s also used in meat dishes as well. Love the cabinet. Look for an E-mail:):) oh, if you come across vintage mace tins, they can sell for a fair amount!
There was a Michael Graves tea pot on the shelf by the bourbon box.
Love the spice holder. I think I made a recipe for Swedish meatballs with mace. Have no idea what else to make with it lol. Tanks for Sharing your trip!!!

A fun shopping tour. You got lots of good stuff! Fun trip!
The red glasses are for juice or cild size drinks. 😊
The owner of my house used to own a dinner and he had those cups in yellow in have some. He used them for juice. He had three different sizes.
Mace is the outer rind of nutmeg. Taste similar
