I love that you recognize people who are hard workers and good too and you treat them as valuable. I grew up in a family business in a small town, we had a restaurant with a gas station attached to it and a variety store. I started working when I was in grade 5, I was 11yrs old. I can make jokes now and say it was child slave labour. I worked my ass off more than our employees because I did not have any days off, especially during summers when not in school.
Anyways, I remember one day a friend of my mom's called her for some advice. Her friend owned a store too and she wanted my mom's advice on one of her employees. This employee was asking for a 25 cents raise and she did not know what to do. She didn't know if she should give her that raise. My mom basically said to her, "Is she a hard worker?" If she is, give it to her or else she will leave and you will have to find someone else. So Koodoos to you Bethanny.
And we need more Bethany's on TV!
And so,this should be a regular thing!!! Idk about anyone else? But I really enjoyed this ❤.

P.S. on the deodorant front I love Lady Speedstick Invisible Dry. It comes in a 2pack at Walmart. The deodorant is in purple containers. It started for me decades ago when my mother sent me a tube because the deodorant does not rub off on dark color clothing or stain it. As a high profile female executive in one of the largest cities in the Northeast wearing Gucci, Prada, Versace, Chanel, etc., I didn't want to mark up my amazing wardrobe with deodorant stains. Plus it kept me feeling fresh until my next daily shower. 😊❤😅

Fabulous Frankel - I work my buns off for my employer. I also have my own business. And I'm lucky enough to be truly appreciated. And I love to give the hand up because of the generosity of my employer. To see someone care about people as you do is so awesome it reminds me of my bosses and it also reminds me of how I operate as a manager. With some of my clients when they ask me how much I want to be paid I'll ignore the question and inevitably they'll give me a $100 more than what I was going to ask for and I don't come cheap. But I love my platinum service. I take pride in my work. In the world we have so little control of anything...but we can control our work ethic. Take pride in it and share the joy we have with our team. Girl yer awesome!

Ok B a tip on putting chocolate chips in your ice cream...the last few minutes before the ice cream really gets put away to freeze...melt your chocolate and while the machine is still churning pour a thin stream into the frozen ice cream...voila! Chips....same with caramel etc....right at the end of churning before you put away to freeze up harder
