Foster The People is one of those bands where I just ‘like’ their songs the first time that I hear them, but upon every listen after, I fall in LOVE with each song and find something new that I adore each time I play them. Such an amazing band and my chest gets warm whenever I hear or talk about them. Such great memories while listening to their music. ❤️
A couple people I know even myself have this thing where we would listen to a song once and not like it. BUT, if we hear it forced 3-4 times then we would start loving it. I don't get it and that hinders me a little when I want to explore more music. It's not with every song like that, with some I instantly like. With FTP not so much, almost everything I instantly like and I'm thankful for that. The older I get the more critical I am about what I like and not like...I need to realize that and prevent it from consuming me completely, AWARENESS!!!
This album is really good. It definitely grew on me after a few listens. This is coming from someone who hated the Sid and Nancy song....even that song grew on me! If you like FTP and didn't like the album on your first listen, then I highly recommend u give it a few chances. OK I'll stfu now
It's so fun making my friends listen to songs like Sid and Nancy and seeing them be like wth? at first and then months later they are jamming out to it hahah
Despite the ears that expect what they want to hear from Sacred Hearts Club, It's not for everybody, I stand with the album, and for the sake of being open to everything.
I’ve listened to the whole thing and I think still sit next to me is the most well put together song just because of the groove but there are definitely other songs with great beats on that album. Well done foster the people

So cool how they pretty much produced/wrote everything themselves for this record
Your new album is so good guys, every song is amazing, been waiting for ages for it. All three albums are awesome.

I love Foster The People but it is hard for me to take anyone seriously who says "like" every 4th word when they are trying to sound deep.
