😂😂 one of the most beautiful sunset spots.. this guy wouldnt know a beauty spot if it hit him in the face maybe the sights of Scarborough a failed brighton has effected his eyes.. but then again atleast if he slates it.. it might actaully mean the people who live in cornwall can actually get to work and enjoy where they live without having the stress of all the tourist that rush here every summer Town
Widemouth is nice in the summer. I go surfing there and its a clean sea and beach. Wouldnt rate it from the state of the public toilets that are in the carpark. 😂 Also you went in the winter om a grey day. It looks 10x better with the sun out
I didn't go in winter I went in late June 😁 I do agree the weather can make a difference though and definitely had better experiences on my travels which are in later videos. In the usual UA-cam fashion the one with a negative title gets more traction.
Probs not the best place to visit in Cornwall for a first impression to be fair. Hope you managed to travel around a bit as its an absolutely stunning county. Makes Scarborough to Filey look like Skegness on a bad day
I did get around a bit and I need to edit the videos. I really enjoyed it. The Scarborough to Filey walk still held up though. The coastal path bits I did aren't that different.
@Dr Floxy No I don't. what I said holds true that specific place was no different to close to where I live in terms of the scenery offered yet it had taken me ages to get to it. I am sure I pronounced numerous things wrong throughout the trip ;) It's not that great an example of Cornwall in my view - don't even get me started on the toilets that were like Monkeys had pissed and flung shit around it for a day.
@@NarrativeEscapesI grew up in Widemouth in the 70s-80s. Great place to live all year ‘round. The best time was after all the tourists left. The public toilets are a reflection on them, the visitors, not the place.

A voice from the grave.
@@NarrativeEscapes God knows the country could use her right now. Jeez, I'd even settle for Tony Blair!
I've been coming here for over 40 years. Dont know what planet he's on. Bude and Widemouth is beautiful
