Passive parry works on any weapon, you won't see the [parry] pops up like the active parry, but you will receive no damage. You can try it on the dummy MVP, let Angeling attacks you, you will notice that some of its attack is not doing damage.
I am using both even if Tier0 because they are really usefull. One being defensive, the other offensive. But if i am to choose one, i would pick Nemisis for personal preference.

Crit AA RK is not that good, the damage that it adds is not that big compared to the overall damage of AA RK. And you need to sacrifice your melee enchants to crit enchants to get reasonable amount of crit, which is bad if you think of it.
we have so much extra skill points, that we need to use it before we can access the Rune Knights Skill Tree. Its a personal choice of where to point the excess skill points. Level10 endure was there because before im using it with the Rage Endure Dimik, helps you clear crowd controls.

passive of parry only works on 2H sword. I've tested it before on arclouse, I never saw the block animation trigger with 1h sword and spear.

Its the normal attack when not in dragon scion, and wind cutter when in dragon scion mode.

why lv10 endure? full throttle give level11 endure? its better to level 10 provoke, to minimize mvp damage on you?
