bro the game is meant to be the smoother just like mobile version however pc version is hard to optimize so it is a disadvantage for some players as every other player out there dont have 10ms and 240 fps constant if you have these you'll feel pc version just like mobile version and I have tried this in my gaming pc also in my old laptop with mobile hotspot it does have a huge effect on gameplay and I've also reported this problem and I've also heard this problem from mnay peoples but dont know when will devs fix this issue
