You definitely can cut the tongue off, sure. And that's what people sometimes do after thinking and re-thinking on what to do... it's a dramatic decision. Morelia's tongue is an absolute classic thing and cutting it you can consider it a huge sin. This solution has helped many to avoid cutting it off. If you're a huge fan of Morelia, that's the last thing you should do; either, you can buy a M8 version.
Hi mate, I’m close to buying these but a little question if you don’t mind…so I’m a Uk 11 in my usually size but in copa mundials I got a full size down (10) cause I know how much they stretch think a Uk 10.5 would be ok in these I know they don’t stretch as much but know Mizuno tend to run a touch long anyways

For your reference, I'm size 7 UK for normal Copa Mundial, and I'm size 8 for Morelia 2's (my first pair of Morelia 2, I purchased 7 UK and made a big mistake because it was absolutely very tight for me, mainly on the sides, I have very wide feet, hence had to buy another one 8 UK and it's now perfect). If you normally use 11UK and for Copas 10UK, you're definitely right, I belive you will be happy with a Morelia 2 10.5 UK.
