- Over the weekend I used this insanely strong team to get 22 wins in a row in the Fantasy Cup: Ultra League Edition in Pokemon GO Battle League! Melmetal was clutch with the latest legacy move of Double Iron Bash as it helped me get a new season record of wins in Pokemon GO Battle League!

the final battle must have happened to me a dozen times, same situation.. overload, try to wait for the swap, and they still catch it. ultimately winning. GGs
The third battle they could have won that one if they stayed with steelix vs flygon and reshiram vs melmetal. No idea what was their thinking in there. But great video!

Niantic is actually destroying GBL. Master League is and always has been Pay2Win but with Double Iron Bash for Melmetal and the new Hawlucha they really outdid themselves.
It's been said before but GBL doesn't make Niantic money so they don't care what happens to it.
agree with ML but not with Melmetal and Hawlucha.
Double Iron Bash is not much better than Rock Slide (if better at all) in like every format but this Fantasy Cup (still not crazy though)
And Hawlucha does not give them any money like at all. if anything it makes people more likely to use "flying methods". also it's been quite nerfed, so not like you are missing on anything broken

Double iron bash is hardly gonna help melmetal, maybe against Zacian and it might be better against ground types like garchomp to burn the switch clock quicker but again ho-oh, lugia, dragonite etc, you’ll have a much worse matchup
I’ve seen free to play players destroy in the master league without the meta mons
Ahh I always thought that if you got nerfed and swapped out it clears it but if you got a boost and swap out it still remains! Every days a school day haha

Evolving a meltan gets us the move. Etm won't work until next season.

Just random luck when opening meltan boxes, they last an hour and you can do it every 3 days.

I don’t think that Genesect was going to take out the Giratina cause Techno Blast doesn’t one shot and you will faint to a shadow ball…Your Mistake was using your Last shield on a Granbull with 10% HP left
Yeah but wasnt gonna have genesect in the back otherwise, and that why i used my shield because i only had genesect left 😂

Ngl looks like a great time to be running thunderbolt on melmetal. No one is shielding any of your attacks expecting the double iron bash.
This cup had such potential to be very fun if only they banned Giratina Altered, Tapu Fini and Registeel, they're way too bulky and make it boring. Now at rank 16 basically every team has a tapu and I'm sick of it so I've gone into great league 😭
