For me, Emma has been the biggest surprise on this show. I came for Floor, but i already knew what she could do. Emma, after a slightly nervous start, just began delivering spotless performances episode after episode, topping it off with sheer awesomeness in this duet. I had expected Hank to pick Samantha, but choosing Emma was a stroke of genius as it turned out. She was exactly right for this song :)
She indeed started of a little nervous, and with good right, i'd be nervous too if i came to that show, at such a young age, "only" youtube famous, among people she knows, all had big hits over the years, thats intimidating to say the least, no matter how successful she is online, thats the "real" world she in at that moment. But the others took her in with open arms and made her feel comfortable and at home with them, Ruben had that too a bit, little shy at first, joyfull bouncy and totally relaxed in later episodes, just like Emma. It was a joy seeing those two grow on this show, and while everyone grew better over the course of the season, Ruben and Emma grew the most i think. Rolf is a different story, his charms and lovely persona stole their/our hearts, but he too grew stronger each episode, but i think he knew he would fit in, cant recall seeing him somewhat nervous at start. Someone else who was notably nervous for the first few episodes, was our own Floor, first two episodes she seemed a little shy still, but after she did Que se siente, she opened up way more and the nerves were gone. Such a great show :)
Every time I watch this I cry. Once she starts singing "I will always be there when you call..." Just so many tears. Henk really chose a wonderful duet to let Emma shine. Absolutely beautiful job by both singers!
Have you noticed Rolph is always like: 😮😮😮 while listening to the others sing? 😅 I find that quite adorable, he gets so into the music and their voices.

I started watching this for Floor, as most people did, but all of the singers were incredible throughout the entire season. As much as I love Phantom of the Opera, this one got to me the most. I've watched several reactions, I even bought the music on Amazon and I cry every time I hear it. thanks for the awesome reaction!
Emma did really well in this one. For such a young (and relatively inexperienced) singer to hold her own next to someone of Henk's skill and stature is impressive, and she has a very pretty voice. I hope her experiences on this show leads her on to greater success. And as for Henk, what ids there to say.... he is incredible. I'm glad you enjoyed reacting to some of the other singers than just Floor. They all seem like very talented singers and a great bunch of people. It has been a great series to watch.

Hey Olly, You know I hope how much respect I have to Floor Jensen but I think this performance of the night was actually the best one. Yes Floor was epic.... again and blow my mind but What Emma did was just something what doesn"t happen everyday. I had a feeling like encourage Her to Bloom on this stage and She delivered. She is big on UA-cam already making covers and She is great in it. But making covers on UA-cam and than standing there with Henk, perform like She did. Oh man. Olly, to answer your Question, if this was the last season, no, sadly it was the last episode of this season, but glad to say, its NOT the last season. :) Actually, they are expanding the show, no, not this season, i wish..., but this upcoming Saturday there will be an introduction to the first Online season of "Beste Zangers" Online edition. It will be presented by Glen Faria, who was on the TV edition a few years ago, and he'll present the same show with 7 singers who earned online fame, so its all online singers this time, on location in Ibiza, the same location that is used for the "beste zangers" show itself. They will be performing songs from season 11, and i believe the setup will be similar to what we are used to, seems Saturday is the introduction, and then each Thursday an episode? i guess we'll find out on Saturday. We will miss the show, but we can look back to past this season was so good. If you like the duets, you must see Barcelona from the beste zangers 2017 with Tania Kross (she was also a opera singer) and Tommy Cristiaan. You will be supprised. I am sure there will be a new season next year.

Tommy Christiaan (musicalsinger) and Tania Kross (operasinger) singing Barcelona. It was the best performance of 12 seasons Beste Zangers until Floor and Henk sang The Phantom.
I expect next year a season 13, with again different singers. In the last 12 seasons only a handfull of singers appeared twice in this show

Actually, they are expanding the show, no, not this season, i wish..., but this upcoming Saturday there will be an introduction to the first Online season of "Beste Zangers" Online edition.
It will be presented by Glen Faria, who was on the TV edition a few years ago, and he'll present the same show with 7 singers who earned online fame, so its all online singers this time, on location in Ibiza, the same location that is used for the "beste zangers" show itself.
They will be performing songs from season 11, and i believe the setup will be similar to what we are used to, seems Saturday is the introduction, and then each Thursday an episode? i guess we'll find out on Saturday.
So that means we got two seasons this year, the one we just had on TV, and now the one on UA-cam.. we're being spoiled hehehe
So we do not yet have to kick the habit, it will not have our Floor, or Henk, but there will be 7 new singers to discover :)
