It was just to hard for him. He lived every day like it was his last. My heart will never beat the same. My heart aches. I moan and cry sometimes out loud in absolute agony . You were the first man Mommy ever loved. I long for the day I am with you again. He is a bonafide soldier. He fought long and hard from day 1 for 25 years. He is without a doubt the strongest person I have ever known from the first to the last breath. I put his ears buds in his ear playing 2pac before I left the hospital. He told me years prior that he felt like he could always hear us in an unconscious state. He said, it always felt like he was dreaming, but unable to speak to us. I still don't know how I made it in one piece trying to get back to you in time. All of his closest friends and family were there by you side to say their goodbyes. You can finally breathe again. I hope your heart is beating loud, fast and strong. Though your heart was weak, it was so very strong. My baby boy was in heart failure for 6yrs. I am still in disbelief.
