Thanks Mr.Fahad as you stated about the quality construction, I have been living in Dubai for the past 16 years and lived in some of the reputable developers buildings and I have noticed one thing repeatedly is that the wall between the apartments are so thin, as you can hear from the other apartment even if they switch a button on or open the door or just even speak and in the night it becomes very disturbing. What is your take on that? If you could clarify a bit and advise how to check for the noise issue before buying or renting. thanks much
