"Sarantuya" is a professional contortionist from Mongolia.
The Story:
According the wish of her parents, when she was 8 years old she started study at Mongolian National Circus School. After the 13 years of hard trainings and preparation she finally became a professional contortionist.

I’m not her, but you start out with your own body weight and then when you’re solid in that, do weight to strengthen for control, the body doesn’t want you too loose to where you can’t control, so that’s where strength comes in
