Sir main ne use Kiya hai. Mere experience ke base pe main bataungi. Ye cup bar bar insert karna aur bahar nikalne ke process main. Vaginal canal main ak ajib sa dard hota hai. Sayad bahat sensitive hai isliye. Aur ungli insert kar ke nikal na padta hai cup ko toh wo quiet Messy hota hai. Blood hath main lagjata hai. Aur insert karne ke baad kabhi kabhi cup khulta nai hai toh leakage hojata hai. Isliye insert karne ke baad ungli dal ke ek round ghumakr ensure karna hota hainki cup properly khula ki nai. Wo bhi messy hai sath main thoda bahat dard hota hai. Uncomfortable thoda hai as compared to pad. Pad main. Lagao aur fek do ge sab messy ya pain nahin hai isliye jyada tak pad use karte hain... Honestly bolun toh . Main pad tampon aur menstrual cup tino use karti hun. Heavy flow ke time pe din main cup use karna better hai. Toilet jaane main easy hota hai.kyun ki wo silicon se bana hai toh urine pass hojata hai koi problem nai hoti lekin tabhi tampon urine ko soak kar leta hai aur wo kharab hai. Periods ke time pe bar bar toilet Jana padta hai. Toh tampon ko bar bar insert karna aur nikal na quiet pathetic. So din ke time pe cup sahi hai. Aur rat ko bathroom hoke hun sidhe so jaate hain subhe uthte hain . Toh rat ke liye tampons sahi hai. Tampon se bahat easy hota hai. Sara blood andar se hi soak kar leta hai aur fek ne ke time pe nikal ne per blood ki leakage bhi nai tampon dry hi nikal ta hai. Fir heavy flow khatam hote hote tisre ya chautha din pe bahat kam bleeding hota hai. Ek ya do pad ki jarurat padti hai. Spotting wagera hoti hai uske liye pad sahi hai. Ek hi pad enough hai. . Mera ye comment sayad kisi ladki ke liye kam aajaye . Koi ladki itna clearly nai batayegi. Main education ke purpose se sari batein share kar rahi hun. Taki ladkian sahi tarike se use karna sikhen. Bahat sare influencers ki video dekh ke sari chizon ka importance aur use ko leke wrong instructions paake use hi nai karti. Ye sab chizein hamare periods ke liye hi bani hai. Ab kese use karna hai tampon, menstrual cup aur pad ye hum pe depend karta hai. Ap ye information sahi tarike se you tube vedio pe post kijiye ga apki vdo bahat ladkion tak pahunch ti hai.a wareness aur Knowledge sab ke pas pahunch ni chahiye. ❤ Edit :- Clearing confusion. Urination and tampon lagane ka whole alag hai toh urine se tampon kese affect hota hai ... Same question bahat aaye toh main reply kar rahi hun. tampon se ak connected ak dhaga bahar aake rehta hai aur uske through thoda bahat soak karta hai Aur main heavy flow ke liye bada size use karti hun. Mere body type ke according tampon insert hone ke baad bhi uska last part entrance ke pas hi rehta hai easily urine flow hote time tampon ko touch hota hai aur tampon soak karne ke liye bana hai. Toh wo apna dharm nibhaatta hai aur soak karleta hai. It happend so many times. Persons to persons vary karta hai .hum apni body type ke hisab se decide karte hain kisi aur ka experience relatable ho sakta hai but exactly copy nahin ki jasakti chahe kitni bhi achi Lage. Kabhi kabhi exactly kam aajata hai but har baar nahin aata 2. Menstrual cup se hone wali dard Menstrual cup insert karne se dard nahin hoti. Maine jis dard ki baatt likhi hai wo ek discomfort hai aur ek halka sa dard hai jo kuch hi minutes ke liye lagta hai . Ye dard bilkul esa hota hai jese Sardi hon ke time pe hath pe thodi si maar lagi. Wo dard ho hota hai vacuum pressure jo cup create karta hai uske liye hota hai. Vaginal walls bahat sensitive hote hain. Bar bar cup insert karne remove karne se skin irritate ho jati hai. Halka dard Dena ek signal hai. Vaginal ko rest chahiye sensitive tissues ke bardast ke limit Tak pahunch gai. Ab rest dedo . Thodi der badd dobara cup use kar sakte ho dard nahin rahegi. Cup jab insert rahega tab feel hi nahin hoga ki andar kuch hai. Bahat comfortable hai. Aur rahi baar messy hone ki. Jab cup ko remove karna hota hai toh cup ka niche ka hissa ko halka sa squeeze karke aur nikal ke release karte hain fir dhire dhire cup ko bahar nikal dete hain. Tab agar cup fully loaded hoga toh thoda blood uchal ke bahar aajayega. Isliye cup ko complete full hone se pehle nikal ko toh itna messy nahin rehta .
Reason:- 1 -Discomfort 2-size issue 3- initially when we have our first period then we use pads so its habitual 4 -lack of awareness 5-fear that menstrual cup leak in public 6-may be problem in sitting
Koi bhi discomfort nhi hota. Small size upto 18yrs. Medium above 18. If you start using cups then wouldn't even want to wear pads. If you wear it properly then, no it does not leak. Last point aisa kuch bhi nhi hota, it is very comfortable you won't even feel that you are on your periods
1) lack of awareness 2) The size of a menstrual cup is an issue, it doesn't fit well to so many women.(There are not many options for different sizes) 3) anxiety of insertion is an issue for some 4) it doesn't open completely sometimes. Love your work sir!🙏🏻❤️
Adat ki baat hoti he, par bahar jaen to problem he, kabhi bhi leak ho sakta he. Edit - this is my issue which I face in the first 3 days of periods. But sab sikh lene ke baad upar listed koi problems nahi hote.
@@53ddm you didn't understand. Menstrual blood contains unfertilized ovum and some other cells as well....they need to be released out of the body. In sanitary pads, blood is absorbed by the specialised cotton and SAP turns the liquid into gel. But incase if the cup, the blood remains inside the body till the cup is taken out. I'masking if this is really a better method than pads.

1. We use pads because we are habitual to it. 2. Pads are more comfortable. 3. If menstrual cup doesn't insert problem we could get stain on clothes and it may cause discomfort. 4. The most important one is that pads are use and throw We can use menstrual cup for year but it is not cleaned properly after use because we could not sterilized properly at home.
Sir. I'm teaching at a University now. Everyday, I consciously choose to be a teacher like you to my students. My Teachers in school were bullies. I had so much trauma from then. It took me years to break and build myself all over again. Thank you for being my inspiration.
I am using it since last 4 years. There is little bit leakage on the first day because of heavy flow. But from second day on, I don't even feel I'm on my periods. Of course it might differ for other girls. But, it has made my life a lot easier because it also prevents my super sensitive skin from rashes. 😊

During my periods, the pain is already overwhelming, and I’ve never mustered the courage to use this cup amidst such discomfort. Despite numerous attempts, I couldn’t bring myself to do it.
I have been using it since 3 years now. Its comforting like if you don't get cramps you wont even remember that u r on period for few hrs. Yes it is messy when u take it out n insert but atleast better than pad rashes and itching n discomfort. First time it may be difficult to figure out properly n try to insert but once you get habitual its the best. No pain or discomfort and lovelyy. And for knowinf the size , before buying it there are clear directions on what will fit you in product description. Ps: using menstrual cup minimises waste and plastic as well in the env and saves your money also as its one time buy unlike pads. So be the change if you can:) Also very important to clean the cup after use Or sterilizing it in warm water after cycle is over to avoid infection n maintain hygiene
One doubt sis while on periods youve to drain the blood from cup. After draining youve to sterilize the cup then insert or simply drain blood and wash the cup with water and insert into the body??
@@sajalihassan8757 you have to sterilize the cup at the start and the end of your period; in between your cycle you can just wash it with water and use it again
I have heard that menstrual cups could break the Hymen and some people find it a bit painful procedure than that of pads i think that is the reason why people use pads instead of Menstrual cup
Cause discomfort with the concept of collecting menstrual blood internally, lack of awareness, learning curve involved in insertion and sometimes concerns about hygiene and proper usage.
@@Sabanasabnam240 aapko newly periods hue hai kya ? @@Sabanasabnam240 no urine nahi jaata ya jo bhi normally hota hai. I can you you thousand reasons to use it but i can’t give you any reason to not. If you try to use it then aap starting me uske saath pad bhi use kar sakte ho to be sure.
I am also using menstrual cup but there are some limitations to it 1 during office time there is a lack of clean toilet so we can't change it often ....and during heavy flow it lasts only for an hour 2 it leaks and I am using the largest cup size ....so I use them along with cloth pad It's not like we don't want to switch....but sometimes it becomes difficult
I am a doctor and I can tell you the reasons that are present 1.Lack of awareness 2. Even if people know it's unacceptable for the mother as to insert anything inside vagina, also for the daughter bcoz nobody is there to guide her and fear of leaking out, size issue, also some girls think that it will go upwards inside uterus. 3.discomfort if not worn properly. 4. I think hygiene issue is also major issue bcoz if this is not removed it can cause septic shock, so timely removal, cleaning and drying toh cups and then storing it at proper dry sterile place.
I am open to try but my work hours are easily 10-11 hours, n in between ofcourse i need to empty it. 1. I think in a public space thts hard where i need to clean it in front of others n its not hygeinic to wash it in the basin. 2. Nikalte waqt agar spill ho gya kpro par to its a problem 3. Silicon sttracts more dirt n it sticks to it, does not clean properly 4. It might give me uti if unclean or anyways its a foreign object 5. I would prefer to keep smthing outside of me rather than put it inside of me. It can cause infection 6. I tried using tampon once n it had given me severe uti, which even gave me fever. I had to be on antibiotics. So why would i want to risk my health, to save some money. I believe the cons outweigh the pros.
I have heard u hav to boil it to clean. So I will hav to keep an extra utensil or something to sterlize it. And I agree with u...like at home it might be possible but outside I'll just hav to wash it and put it back in...which is not sterile.
it can be considered according to occasion and places. i think there s no one solution for all the problem, having multiple option according to conditions could be better choice. btw am a boy idk much abt it sry if i said anything wrong.
@ you are right, it can be used at home, atleast tried but it would have to be frequently sterilized because of the risk of infection, which is a lot of hassle, and along with it, i am still against putting anything in me and would rather prefer pads. Don’t you think? Think about someone ur dear, would u risk their health for saving money?
Iske advantage ke sath sath disadvantage bhi hai mensuration cup use krne me hygiene ka bhi utna hi dhyan rakhna padta hai vrna infection ho sakta hai sometimes iske improper cleaning and carelessness se bartholin cyst bhi hosakta hai so please don't use it if you don't have time and environment to maintain hygiene ❤
After reading your comment I went on Google and Bartholin cyst ki puri history read kari (cause i didn't know about it 🙄!)...and ya badme samajh aaya ki ye commonly bactorial infections, irritation, unsafe arousal practices and unhygine se mostly hota hai. Anecdotal-(meaning - Based on just research not facts) reports suggest that improper use or a poorly fitting cup might contribute to the development of a cyst by potentially obstructing the Bartholin gland duct. Like you said utna primarily ya mostly nahi hota hai ye...But ek theory hai uski bas, baki jyada kuch nahi hai.
I’m using it for past few years, and believe me except periods cramps I don’t feel anything like periods, it so so comfortable to use in a daily life, it didn’t give you rashes and anything, It doesn’t stain if you have a proper cup according to your age and considering other factors. It’s really thousands of times better than pads and other things
No ..koi pain nh hota balki sb se achha aur best h m 4 years se use kr rhi hu...India me log faltu afwah faila dete hain..new cheejo ko except krne ki jagah ...
I used it for over 4 years but as I have an IUD fitted, the menstrual cup pulled IUD out and I was advised not to use it. Another issue is the taboo around it. After every menstrual cycle the cup needs to be sterilised. But sterilising it in kitchen was not allowed by my In law as you cannot enter the kitchen during menstruation how can you bring a menstrual cup there.
Hey you can use menstrual cup sterilizer. It's a one time investment. It takes 3 minutes to sterilize the menstrual cup. It's safe I've been using it for 3 years.
I mean I can enter my kitchen and all during menstruation but the thought of sterilizing it in a utensil on gas where I am going to cook gives me Heebie-jeebies.😵 I like the above comment like take a mug boiling water from geyser add Dettol👍....but this can't be done outside. That is one major cons of these cups. Sterilization.
I have been using the Menstrual Cup for the last 5 years and I am giving my review that the Menstrual Cup is the best option. Ever since I started using the Menstrual Cup, I have not even looked at the pads. After using the Menstrual Cup, I can't tell for sure for four days after my period if I'm having it. So the Mantrual Cup is a great option.❤
Actually it is not marketed as much as pads do. And the reason is clear. Pads are consumable product and as it is use and throw, sab ka dhandha chalta he. Cup ek baar kharid ke lamba chalega and utna nai bikega.
Reason- 1. Size issue 2. Can leak in public area. 3. Not habitual. 4. May be not useful when mostly outdoor. 5. Infection. 6. Insertion. 7. Education and a awareness on such topic is not given. 8. And also the government is not working on waste management... So that less sanitary pads waste will generate... And thus these are not being in use by most of the women.
I have been using it for 3 years. It is the most mesmerizing product I have ever found in my life. Earlier I used to feel uncomfortable during periods, but after using it I don't even feel periods. My periods are just like normal days .I can do everything like sports, gym, running, cycling swimming etc. and I was the only girl in my college who could do cartwheels and handstands even during periods.🤸♀️ It also good for traveling and any functions or programs. As the female cant see the insertion and felt that she might hurt her self, after a deep breath ready to insert it doesn't go in one try and she tries again and might succeed or fail if succeed the next fear will it come out easily...basic it is the fear and apprehension what if it get stucks and in case of a ring stuck in finger she can call in one for help but in case of menstrual cup get stucks then gyno is the only option nd she is not readily available

Thank you. It's quite appreciable that you are so openly taking about periods. I think most women don't use menstrual cup - 1. Lack of awareness and availability 2. Inserting something down there and removing can be quite painful 3. The whole process of sterilization is little bit weird, to boil menstrual cup in kitchen seems unhygienic. 4. Some women may fear that it may break their hymen.

1) not familar with how to insert 2) clean for 2,3 times a day which is un hygiene... 3) if it doesn't insert properly....leakage nd spots on cloth 4) unaware of how to pull out 5) may cause redness in some cases nd have to consult doctor
Sir, following are some reasons: 1. General awareness. 2. Size issues. 3. Fear of leakage. 4. Discomfort in insertion/removal until one gets habitual. 5. Hygiene problems, like irritation, odor, infection, if not cleaned/sterlized & stored properly before the next use.
Sir yeh mensuration cup me jo aage jata hua point hai usse problem nhi hogi kyuki reality me cup itna andar maybe Naa Jaa paye toh iska Jo point hai , toh vaginal opening par kuch pehene toh woh point bahar aayega
1. Irritation from the material of the cup ( if present ) 2. Increase chances of infection. ( Most important) 3. Risk of clots formation because of prolonged storage of blood. 4. It is minimal invasive method as compared to pad which is outside the body. 5. Technique and learning required to use , also hygienic conditions needs tovbe maintained. 6. Forein body sensation, long adaptation curve of using the product. Though if used properly it is a good device + economical.
If won't cause clot formation since it is outside the uterus, risk of infection is less than pad if cleaned properly as it doesn't allow the blood to come in contact with air

*Please read* 1. Pad ready to use hota hai. Menstrual cup ko use krne se pehle boiling water me daalkr 10 min. rakha jata hai. 2. Pad use krne me easy hota hai. Cup ko insert karne me hi kabhi kabhi 10-15 min. Lg jaate. You can't use it in Emergency . 3. Cup jb vagina ke andar open hota hai, to uske andar thodi air aa jati hai, jiske wajah se cup apni capacity se kam blood hold kr pata hai. Is condition me cup ki capacity se zyada blood hone me leak hone lgta. ( Jabki sir ne jo Flask use kiya, usme leak nahi ho raha ) 4. Agr bade size ka cup aa gaya to kitna bhi koshish krlo, insert nahi hone wala. Agr chhote size ka cup aa gaya to leakage issue. In short, size of cup matters a lot. Aur insert karne ke baad kabhi kabhi cup khulta nai hai toh leakage hojata hai. Isliye insert karne ke baad ungli dal ke ek round ghumakr ensure karna hota hainki cup properly khula ki nai. Wo bhi messy hai sath main thoda bahat dard hota hai. Uncomfortable thoda hai as compared to pad. Pad main. Lagao aur fek do ge sab messy ya pain nahin hai isliye jyada tak pad use karte hain... Honestly bolun toh . Main pad tampon aur menstrual cup tino use karti hun. Heavy flow ke time pe din main cup use karna better hai. Toilet jaane main easy hota hai.kyun ki wo silicon se bana hai toh urine pass hojata hai koi problem nai hoti lekin tabhi tampon urine ko soak kar leta hai aur wo kharab hai. Periods ke time pe bar bar toilet Jana padta hai. Toh tampon ko bar bar insert karna aur nikal na quiet pathetic. So din ke time pe cup sahi hai. Aur rat ko bathroom hoke hun sidhe so jaate hain subhe uthte hain . Toh rat ke liye tampons sahi hai. Tampon se bahat easy hota hai. Sara blood andar se hi soak kar leta hai aur fek ne ke time pe nikal ne per blood ki leakage bhi nai tampon dry hi nikal ta hai. Fir heavy flow khatam hote hote tisre ya chautha din pe bahat kam bleeding hota hai. Ek ya do pad ki jarurat padti hai. Spotting wagera hoti hai uske liye pad sahi hai. Ek hi pad enough hai. . Mera ye comment sayad kisi ladki ke liye kam aajaye . Koi ladki itna clearly nai batayegi. Main education ke purpose se sari batein share kar rahi hun. Taki ladkian sahi tarike se use karna sikhen. Bahat sare influencers ki video dekh ke sari chizon ka importance aur use ko leke wrong instructions paake use hi nai karti. Ye sab chizein hamare periods ke liye hi bani hai. Ab kese use karna hai tampon, menstrual cup aur pad ye hum pe depend karta hai. Ap ye information sahi tarike se you tube vedio pe post kijiye ga apki vdo bahat ladkion tak pahunch ti hai.a wareness aur Knowledge sab ke pas pahunch ni chahiye. ❤
Edit :-
Clearing confusion. Urination and tampon lagane ka whole alag hai toh urine se tampon kese affect hota hai ... Same question bahat aaye toh main reply kar rahi hun.
tampon se ak connected ak dhaga bahar aake rehta hai aur uske through thoda bahat soak karta hai Aur main heavy flow ke liye bada size use karti hun. Mere body type ke according tampon insert hone ke baad bhi uska last part entrance ke pas hi rehta hai easily urine flow hote time tampon ko touch hota hai aur tampon soak karne ke liye bana hai. Toh wo apna dharm nibhaatta hai aur soak karleta hai. It happend so many times.
Persons to persons vary karta hai .hum apni body type ke hisab se decide karte hain kisi aur ka experience relatable ho sakta hai but exactly copy nahin ki jasakti chahe kitni bhi achi Lage. Kabhi kabhi exactly kam aajata hai but har baar nahin aata
2. Menstrual cup se hone wali dard
Menstrual cup insert karne se dard nahin hoti. Maine jis dard ki baatt likhi hai wo ek discomfort hai aur ek halka sa dard hai jo kuch hi minutes ke liye lagta hai . Ye dard bilkul esa hota hai jese Sardi hon ke time pe hath pe thodi si maar lagi. Wo dard ho hota hai vacuum pressure jo cup create karta hai uske liye hota hai. Vaginal walls bahat sensitive hote hain. Bar bar cup insert karne remove karne se skin irritate ho jati hai. Halka dard Dena ek signal hai. Vaginal ko rest chahiye sensitive tissues ke bardast ke limit Tak pahunch gai. Ab rest dedo . Thodi der badd dobara cup use kar sakte ho dard nahin rahegi.
Cup jab insert rahega tab feel hi nahin hoga ki andar kuch hai. Bahat comfortable hai. Aur rahi baar messy hone ki.
Jab cup ko remove karna hota hai toh cup ka niche ka hissa ko halka sa squeeze karke aur nikal ke release karte hain fir dhire dhire cup ko bahar nikal dete hain. Tab agar cup fully loaded hoga toh thoda blood uchal ke bahar aajayega. Isliye cup ko complete full hone se pehle nikal ko toh itna messy nahin rehta .
Ohh thankyou। Tampoon k liye jo btaya, that was very useful for me ❤

So good to see we have such teachers in India❤

1 -Discomfort
2-size issue
3- initially when we have our first period then we use pads so its habitual
4 -lack of awareness
5-fear that menstrual cup leak in public
6-may be problem in sitting

2) is it really healthy to keep menstrual blood inside for so long?
It comes from inside only and menstrual cup does not allow blood to come out if inserted properly
Yes it is really healthy. before using put in hot water for 1-2 min and after using do same
@@53ddm you didn't understand.

So be the change if you can:)
Also very important to clean the cup after use Or sterilizing it in warm water after cycle is over to avoid infection n maintain hygiene
Totally agree with you girl❤
One doubt sis while on periods youve to drain the blood from cup. After draining youve to sterilize the cup then insert or simply drain blood and wash the cup with water and insert into the body??
@@sajalihassan8757 you have to sterilize the cup at the start and the end of your period; in between your cycle you can just wash it with water and use it again

Cause discomfort with the concept of collecting menstrual blood internally, lack of awareness, learning curve involved in insertion and sometimes concerns about hygiene and proper usage.

If you try to use it then aap starting me uske saath pad bhi use kar sakte ho to be sure.
I am also using menstrual cup but there are some limitations to it
1 during office time there is a lack of clean toilet so we can't change it often ....and during heavy flow it lasts only for an hour
2 it leaks and I am using the largest cup size ....so I use them along with cloth pad
It's not like we don't want to switch....but sometimes it becomes difficult
I am a doctor and I can tell you the reasons that are present
1.Lack of awareness
2. Nikalte waqt agar spill ho gya kpro par to its a problem
3. Silicon sttracts more dirt n it sticks to it, does not clean properly
4. It might give me uti if unclean or anyways its a foreign object
5. I would prefer to keep smthing outside of me rather than put it inside of me. It can cause infection
6. I tried using tampon once n it had given me severe uti, which even gave me fever. I had to be on antibiotics.
So why would i want to risk my health, to save some money. I believe the cons outweigh the pros.
Sterilize karna padta hai
I have heard u hav to boil it to clean. So I will hav to keep an extra utensil or something to sterlize it. And I agree with u...like at home it might be possible but outside I'll just hav to wash it and put it back in...which is not sterile.
@ exactly but u cannot do that in a public space.
it can be considered according to occasion and places. i think there s no one solution for all the problem, having multiple option according to conditions could be better choice.
btw am a boy idk much abt it sry if i said anything wrong.

You have in law's without brains feel sorry for you
We all have geysers in our bathroom. Use boiling hot water and a little bit detol antiseptic liquid to sterilise it for 10-15 mins.
Hey you can use menstrual cup sterilizer. It's a one time investment. It takes 3 minutes to sterilize the menstrual cup. It's safe I've been using it for 3 years.
I hope it will resolve your problem.
I mean I can enter my kitchen and all during menstruation but the thought of sterilizing it in a utensil on gas where I am going to cook gives me Heebie-jeebies.😵
I like the above comment like take a mug boiling water from geyser add Dettol👍....but this can't be done outside.
Reason-
1. Size issue
Infection mujhe bohot hota tha but ab menstrual cup ki wajh se nhi hota

@@NehaSharma-Sn yeah☹️
I never used it but seems to be very painful n may be easier to insert for married women but not for unmarried girls or students like us
Absolutely right!!!
It's painful and very discomfort to these menstrual cup..
Sanitary pads are always best, safe and comfortable to use👍
This guy in the video utter nonsense
aap eek baar research kar lenaa about female health nd hygiene. how much damage caused by using sanitary pads,.. both for female health nd environment.... UTI to CANCER taak cause karta han pads.. menstrual cups r very much safer option.. pain 1st time Thora hogaa . but it's okay.... nd I'm a researcher in medical field, specialist on women reproductive health care.. soo yaa... all we need awareness.. nothing else
@@poulamisarkar8599 i am aware of this but still there is some hesitation while using that's why i try to use organic pads so it will less harmful although not sure even it is organic really or just shown in advertisement but still if not using orgainic , we hv only 1 option
yhaa... that option r there, but again the costing is comparatively very high nd also there r very less awareness about all that sanitary pads in India..
My teacher: इसे रहने दो ये exam में नहीं आता 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
It's so painful that's why less use
my periods are very comfortable ever since i started using menstrual cup.... initially i was also very stressed about using this and on first two rounds of periods i kept thinking that something is inside me and felt uneasy about it but trust me after that i don't even feel I'm on my periods it's so comfortable.... some girls are saying it's unhygienic to use it but no girls it's the most hygienic option among all other options.
Insertion is a difficult process for me Personally...
Many of my friends don't want to use as they find it weird and difficult to use
Everything needs time , so if you try 2-4 days you will be master in this. I promise after 3-4 periods you'll find it the easiest way to deal with periods. You should give it a try 👍🤞☺️

Salute button for Ashu sir 👍👍
Aare waah sir you are so great...❤❤❤
As a guy and i was never taught about the problems women face and how they feel with it until i started to read about it and then ask my mom.
This kind of education is really important for guys as well to understand what their female relatives are going through, but it's never taught properly.
Thank you for making these videos sir ❤
I have been using the cup for over 10 years and its the best thing. It takes practice to insert and remove it but it's a life changer.
I have been using menstrual cup for around 6yrs now. Using it sometime i forget that i am on my period, I am enjoying my period-free periods😎. This is absolutely comfy, no gooey feelings, no stinky smells.
It's little confusing using it for the first time, but trust me, once you use it, you'll fall in love with it
This is my second cup in 6 years.
And yes, the important thing to note here is that it should be properly cleaned and boiled before use during every period.
क्योंकि इसे use करने से लड़कियों के hymen टूट जाता है जिसे कारण उसके वर्जिनिटी पर फर्क पड़ता है इसकी वजह से लोग इसे use nahi karte
Virginity is not defined by presence or absence of hymen
Mai shadi k bad hi use krugi
Some people calling it risky, Pads and tampon se zyada safe hai ye . Please thoda research karo .. dont just go against it only because you dont know about it
Is it not tampon??
@shashankverma5276 no, tampons are cylinderical shaped cotton
Sir I think rural areas people doesn't know about it and some people know even then not use cause of fear of how to insert it,,,,I m one of them😮
Being a female I have talked so many females and they have so many myths and fears about manstrual cup.... like..... "Atak gaya to?", "Urinate kaise karenge (those girls think they have one opening for pee and manstruate)", "I can't see my own blood while making the cup empty", "Kisi chiz ko body ke andar kaise rakh sakte hain 3-4 din tak?", "Kisi tarah ka koi infection ho gaya to?", "Har bar khali karne par disinfect karna hoga kya?", "Leakage ho gayi to?", "Is is safe?"...... blah blah blah.....
Still I always try to educate females surrounded me so I can help them to switch on manstrual cup and contribute indirectly to protect the environment....
Mera atk hi gya rha😢 Dr k ps jna pda
Ha exactly 😅
Mari ek frnd h his ko lagta h K cup use kernel se virginity khondete h 😂
Atak Jane ka dar hai
@@LaalPARIUK Learn how to use properly then I don't think you will face any kind of problem. As per my thoughts you got panicked while it didn't come off after 2-3 attempts and you rushed to doctor... also cup size is important for sexually active women medium size cup is comfortable ...
I talked about this to my mother
She said before being pregnant you should not use somthing like this
And I am your mother so I know more than you 😂
Waiting to moveout of house to use this😂
Cuz many people thinks that using Menstrual cup can break ur Hymen (virginity)
So that's why ur mom told u not o use :)
@@sariyakhan0408 The presence or absence of hymen is not a reliable indicator of virginity...NCERT line
@@sariyakhan0408there's also a misconception that breaking of hymen = loss of virginity
Exactly hymen may be broken due to exercise or diseases too...some girls are born without one@@LYNX_23
In some houses ,people who are less educated don't know that Hymen can be broken by heavy lifting ,cycling etc..and it is said that if hymen broke then you're not virgin...and while using tampons, menstrual cup .the hymen broke.
That's why your mother told u to not use it before marriage..
But since u are educated ,tell it to your mother also ,so that the thinking about hymen could be clear to everyone...❤
We need more teacher like Ashu sir❤
Yes let's teach everyone about this topic but start it from educating your brother or parents about it . 👍

Sir please kindly provide us question and answer 🙏
Thank you for this topic period topic thank you for laane ke liye yah wala topic thank you bhaiya
आज तक मैंने इसका उपयोग नहीं किया है 😮😊😊😊🎉🎉🎉🎉
Or kerna bhi nahi.... Kyu ki... Many reasons
I use menstrual cup for 3 years, it's comfy and reusable, and nature saver.
Thank you for spreading such education
It leads to more frequent infections if not boiled or sanitized properly
The main reason is its very painful during inserting 😇 I buy this before 4-5 months but never successfull to insert it but I tried every month during period (my age 16+)hope one day I will also use it normally like other...😊
Same
The main reason why this is not used commonly is because it results into the breakage of hymen
Bro get educated... Hymen is not there in all women ... Study some anatomy
Sometimes it ruptures in sports activities without bleeding and even one is unaware ...
Sometimes it's not present since birth 😅
So it's a myth at the end okay
No it's not like that
No bro using menstrual cup may break the hymen
As they are more likely to inserted deep inside the vagina but tampon are quite safe in this term as they are not inserted that deep .
And hymen is membraous and thin which partially covers the vagina so anything is inserted inside vagina always have a quite little chance of breaking hymen
@@eh-by4ey
Yeah but u r right in this
That hymen is the proof of Virginity that's a myth in our society and that should be broken
Breakage of hymen, because that might lead to future matrimonial problems(taboo related)
😂😂

@@vishvjeetsingh2293 hymen ko rural areas me virginity ka sign mante he, but agar female tampons ya phir cups ka use karti h toh hymen tut jata h and agar bohot sports me part lete ho toh tab bhi tut sakta he and it's not a reliable indicator of virginity, kaafi females ki life isi wajah se barbad hoti h
Waa sir aap hum ladakiyonke liye to bahot sochate ho ❤
Sach me aapane to pad ko bhi hat me liya tha sach batau na to Har koi insab chijonko bahot Ganda manate hai 😢
Menstrual cup is liye jada nahi use karate hai because vo bahot pain deta hai... khas karake jo first time Menstrual cup ko use karata hai
My reason is, i am not comfortable with the idea of my period waste staying inside for that long. Is it safe to block it inside??
Also how to clean it??
If someone says boil it then i cannot take that to my kitchen
We all have geysers in our bathroom. Use boiling hot water and a little bit detol antiseptic liquid to sterilise it for 10-15 mins.
Hey you can use menstrual cup sterilizer. It's a one time investment. It takes 3 minutes to sterilize the menstrual cup. It's safe I've been using it for 3 years.
One time i seen this type of condition with Sakhi in Wagle ki Duniya sireal... She is not allowed in kitchen during her periods... After watching that 3 apisode my miss understanding is clear about this ... We Gen Z Boys also aware about all this but our parents does not allow us to talking about this topic & if i ask any Question about this to my parents or my big sister she give me 1 slap... And say me rudely .. Yehi sb mobile me dekhta hai na Bogad gaya hai 😅
Menstrual cup is really amazing! I have been using it from past few months.. Thoda aadat hone me time lagta hai,, but BEST FOR HEAVY FLOW..

For "GAURAV BHARAT AWARD" ❤❤❤
Am in mid 40s and used to use cloth initially when started chumming... which got replaced with sanitary pads with time and marketing.
But I switched to cloth pads years ago....thanx to 'fituber' who made a video on this topic. The cloth pads are not only good for me but also for the environment..
These cups are a good option but as am a handicap am a little scared to use them 😊
Sir I think due to less awarness or due to fear (risk )of use
Thankyou so much sir ❤
Only you have the courage to make this type of video 🙏🏼
1. Fear of unbearable painwhile inserting
2.fear of not coming out after insertion
3. Just for knowledge it also break himen
Sir maybe it's uncomfortable for them
Yes.. I think that could be a reason.. inserting the cup down there is definitely not the conventional method.. even though it could be the best in terms of environmental concerns & reusability!!
Reason is unawareness about the menstrual cup
The way of using
The benifits
*Please read*
1. Pad ready to use hota hai. Menstrual cup ko use krne se pehle boiling water me daalkr 10 min. rakha jata hai.
2. Pad use krne me easy hota hai. Cup ko insert karne me hi kabhi kabhi 10-15 min. Lg jaate. You can't use it in Emergency .
3. Cup jb vagina ke andar open hota hai, to uske andar thodi air aa jati hai, jiske wajah se cup apni capacity se kam blood hold kr pata hai. Is condition me cup ki capacity se zyada blood hone me leak hone lgta. ( Jabki sir ne jo Flask use kiya, usme leak nahi ho raha )
4. Agr bade size ka cup aa gaya to kitna bhi koshish krlo, insert nahi hone wala. Agr chhote size ka cup aa gaya to leakage issue. In short, size of cup matters a lot.
In points ke alawa Cup is very good ...khaaskar un women ke liye jo Mehenge Pads afford nahi kr skti...ya fir un desho me rehti hain jaha Yudhha chal raha ho
Sir should be given Padma Shri because he is not fearing society you are great sir everyone should learn from you❤
