Found him. We were 6k miles away from each other but finally met December last year. I was so down for him. I was so willing to take all risks just to be with him. I endured days of no sleep even though it was against my doctor's advice just so we could spend time with each other because he was only here for vacation. I've got work early in the morning and get off work in the afternoon then meet up with him straight from work then go home at midnight and the cycle repeated for days. I gave up a lot of things for him because hell I thought I finally found someone who's on the same boat with me, who accepts and loves me as much as I do but after he got back to his country, things started to get blurry. And now, we don't even talk to each other. He doesn't even view my ig stories and such anymore even though back then he never failed to do so. And now I'm starting to wonder was everything really worth it? I didn't even listen to my friends' advices then and now, everything's gone.

I've suffered from generalized anxiety disorder and anorexia nervosa for a very long time now. It's so hard to get through every day normally and it takes a lot of effort, but this song always manages to calm me down. Thank you.
No Thanks I have generalized anxiety too and man it can really suck. It’s such a hard thing to describe, you just feel this sense of dread like the world is going to end and there’s not a damn thing you can do about it, like at any moment you could die and all you feel is straight up anxiety. It’s a difficult thing to deal with but no that you don’t deal with alone. I’m here too, stay strong my friend❤️ p.s if you’re looking for something to help with the anxiety but don’t want to get any prescription drugs because those can have bad side affects, you should try Passion Flower capsules and/or camomile tea. I take Passion flower pills and they’re my life saver I honestly don’t know what’d I’d do without them and they’re pretty cheap too. I haven’t tried camomile but I’ve heard great stuff about it. Just a helpful tip because I know how frustrating it can be to find something that actually works for anxiety💜💜

Wow...this songs seems very touching, he or they must've been really in love or really heartbroken when writing this, but either way it's a good song and I'd listen to is forever if it had to be. choice between this and another band

I think, for me one of the things this song does for me is open my eyes. I realise that in a lifetime, you only have so much time and you meet so many people. Sometimes, the people you meet, you might not connect with and eventually or in a short span of time, they walk out the door and into a new person’s life. Sometimes it can be for the better or the worse. But sometimes, on the rarest of occasions, someone will walk into your life and before you know it, they become your lifeline, the thing that you look forward to most. You become friends, family, lovers anything. Anything you want to be, just as long as you’re together you find that it doesn’t matter. For some people, it can be harder for you to connect with this said someone and sometimes the said someone can become scared or even you can become sacred that they are unaware of the love and affection you have for them. So, when you find this someone, latch onto them for as long as you can. When you find yourself out of breath standing next to a person, when you find yourself lost in a trance in the presence of a person you believe is truly beautiful then let your walls cave in. Risk what you have because at the end of the day, it’s true! Life is really short! Tell the person you need them and you love them! If you’re the dangerous cliff and they’re your parachute then tell them. They deserve to know, you deserve to tell them. Pull the pins, let your walls break down, even if at the very end, you come out fruitless, it wasn’t in vein. Basically what I’m trying to say is that, when you’re able to laugh even when it hurts, when you look at a person and even from far away in their window seat you still see their beauty, if you’re short of breath standing next to someone that you love, when you’re standing there above a masterpiece of green and blue with this person you love, don’t let them walk out until you’ve told them. Today I did something I have never done before. Listening to Sleeping at Last I just felt like taking a hoodie and my headphones and walking around where I live. While having my headphones on, not hearing anything, I felt such relieve, I was in my own world where no one van say or do anything. Maybe it's something usual for some but for me, it's not. I only listen to music when I'm at home, in my locked room, when I feel safe. When I'm outside, I can't let my guard down, my anxiety hita the most and even though music can help me, I never tried because of it. But music blocked every sound from outside and every bad thought vanished so I felt at peace for the first time. I thank Sleeping at Last for this feeling, even tho it didn't last much, I had hope for once.
I needed this. When I listen to it. I don't imagine me thinking of someone. I imagine someone thinking of me. I dont know who they are. But I know eventually, I'll be loved and someone will love me. And look at me like no one else. And I'm waiting to feel that.

If you’re the dangerous cliff and they’re your parachute then tell them. They deserve to know, you deserve to tell them. Pull the pins, let your walls break down, even if at the very end, you come out fruitless, it wasn’t in vein.
Basically what I’m trying to say is that, when you’re able to laugh even when it hurts, when you look at a person and even from far away in their window seat you still see their beauty, if you’re short of breath standing next to someone that you love, when you’re standing there above a masterpiece of green and blue with this person you love, don’t let them walk out until you’ve told them. And, even if in the end they do end up walking out, at least your heart can be at peace knowing that you’ve told them and knowing that this said person knows that there is someone out there who loves them. Sorry this didn’t make any sense. The realisation part which was the entire point of this dumb comment was that I, even being 12 years old, am sad that I have nobody to let my walls down for, nobody I find myself breathless around, nobody to see my true beauty. So the realisation was that I am sad, but that doesn’t mean you have to be. If you have a person, go tell them, go make them smile 🤗

Today I did something I have never done before. Listening to Sleeping at Last I just felt like taking a hoodie and my headphones and walking around where I live. While having my headphones on, not hearing anything, I felt such relieve, I was in my own world where no one van say or do anything. Maybe it's something usual for some but for me, it's not. I only listen to music when I'm at home, in my locked room, when I feel safe. When I'm outside, I can't let my guard down, my anxiety hita the most and even though music can help me, I never tried because of it. But music blocked every sound from outside and every bad thought vanished so I felt at peace for the first time. I thank Sleeping at Last for this feeling, even tho it didn't last much, I had hope for once.
