At my country Malaysia it like a load of money to for the fishermen....your currency more higher then my country,but its like much money for fishermen to feed them family to buy a groceries...hope one day my country currency be high like yours

体調壊しても無理
不漁の時期でも無理
コロナとかでも無理
たまに死ぬ
ちなみに、これはあくまでコロナの影響で海産物需要減少してるせいだから
普通は4万弱くらいになる
漁師は調子良ければ年収2000万円以上程度は稼げる
けっこうガッツリ目に漁の様子を流してくれて嬉しい。
イセエビ食べて改めてヤシガニが美味しくなかったと気付く人はマサルだけでないか(笑)

A farmer never gets full compensation for the labor,as do fishermen,and that's a pity! There definitely needs a system overhaul! it's super upsetting that the people who actually risk their lives to catch these fish are receiving so little in payment compared to the ridiculous amount it is priced at in restaurants :(((( fishermen definitely need to be paid more

Muy buen video. Me gustó mucho la parte del buceo y la subasta. La parte de la cocina no tanto porque coincido con tu opinión, me parece un desperdicio contaminar el sabor de la langosta con tantos ingredientes y cocinarla en salsa.

Not sure if you’ll be interested at all, but over here in the Gulf of Mexico, most folks use tickle sticks, which are basically bent rods used to bring lobsters out of their holes to grab them. Some have a simple lasso involved, which you can slip behind the lobster and catch it. They only cost about 30-40 USD.

ニンニクは包丁を横にして叩くか軽く潰すかすると皮が滅茶苦茶剥きやすくなります。
あと、本場の中華だとニンニクの量はあれくらいで丁度いいくらいの感覚です。

A simple lobster dish that I often make is just to pan-fry it with butter and herbs (or simply herb butter) on low-med heat for about 3 minutes then finish with a sweet-sour sauce on top. Can also add egg or tofu too.

I speared only one slipper lobster out of hundreds of spiny lobsters. Not real common in the Bahamas either. Delicious to eat.
