Honestly, I'm a Christian, I really don't know much about these Mantra's but I am now a believer, I went for an interview on Tuesday. Came home and told my significant other that I didn't get the job. The Mantra came up on the tube with some other Christian songs. The Mantra started playing. Exactly at the end of the Mantra, I got a call from the employer congratulating me for the well-paid job I thought eluded me!

This video appeared on my you tube. I listened, prayed and left everything up to Lord Vishnu's grace. This morning I received news that he has recovered and will be back home after a few days of rehabilitation. I will never forget this miracle 🙏

I failed 10 or more interviews with employer in a row, but after I've desided to hail Vishnu with this mantra I found that my next interview with the employer passed successfully. I had the similar experience with Ganesh mantra, so I can say that they both work well.
One more thing I'd like to mention is that hailing gods is some kind of good or service that we can offer asking for blessing from their side in exchange for hailing. I don’t know much about Vishnu but I had some moving experiences with Shiva mantras. Today I was calling for the help of Shiva and I had a feeling of comfort and warmth while I heard in my head that I should turn to Vishnu for healing. It was like Shiva is sending me to him.

There are tales in puranas that tell of people approaching Shivadeva to learn Yoga and then becoming, subsequently to their tutoring, devotees of Vishnu or Krishna. Krishna is the most potent deva, He has several names indicating this, like Adi Purusham, Adi Deva, Deva Deva and Adi Karta. Hope this helps illuminate what Shiva said, why he would say to go to Vishnu. After all, Shiva is His servant. Bhadram te! Blessings of the Holy One upon you! Debts relief will be done. Obstacles clearance, it depends on what you consider obstacles. For e.g. if you are trying to become a millionaire, Vishnu won't help. You will have secured wealth, peace, good health, protection against negative impact of planetary arrangements affecting your zodiac star, protection against evil negative forces. Mainly salvation. No need to even ask for salvation, he will grant it. Things not to ask from Vishnu are the following, luxury, fame, winning a lottery.
Things that you will get without asking Vishnu but just by worship alone are salvation, good health, enough wealth to sustain yourself and your family, good fortune, fame, all kind of protection, peace.
Basically he will remove all that stands in your way to self realization and restore all that you really need for living etc.
If you wish money means then worship narashima avatar of Vishnu. Do that "narashima kavachm". Write the narashima kavachm mantra on a palm leaf and tie the palm leaf to your right forearm and recite the mantra thrice a day by sipping water 3 times. Here he gives everything and fulfill all material desires. But if you misuse it, you will be destroyed. Narashima is God is in angry mood. You cannot trick Vishnu. He will lead you to self destruction. Be warned of what you're asking for. Result is quick.
There are other deities you can work with if you want only material benifits. And if you want to enter rich heavenly abode like Indira, apsaras, they will give you heavy wealth and all. But be careful, because you can be mislead due to pride.
If you want peaceful life with secured wealth means worship vishnu and lakshmi mantras. Balaji is good. Add one lakshmi mantra also. Also Narashima kavachm without desiring for too much material desires, ask for secured wealth etc.
