Ah, I've long suspected you don't designed loose tolerances. I use 0.1mm for two FDM parts that fit together and 0.15mm for loose sliding fit.

I'm tempted to redraw this in Tinkercad. It's intermediate level; beyond most kiddos, but not requiring insane skills to copy.

PLA filament on average is stiffer than PETG and ABS. So I would do the opposite, thicken up the flexible parts to achieve the same click feel of PLA
