Wrath of Cortex animation is so wrong. The whole point of flying shoes is to show that Crash has landed (which is also indicated by the thump sound), so there should be a notable delay between the fall and shoes flying. And in WoC the shoes just start flying right away. The GBA games are also guilty.
I hate all the gibberish things they made Crash say over the years just by watching this video (I only got a hold of Warped, N.Sane Trilogy, and It’s About Time) so I’m more used to him just saying his trademark, “Whoa!” or his scream when you end up falling in It’s About Time.
