Hi Ian, The costs for this trip are at the bottom - the hotels are for two rooms bare in mind. www.theflyingvlog.uk/prague-erlangen/ Thanks a lot for watching. Stay tuned for the flight to Baden-Baden..
Hah! You think? You should have three really, that provides a much better setup. EFIS takes some getting used to, but it's a great system for situational awareness.
@@TheFlyingVLOG - Sorry, I meant to say: I fly 9/10 times on EFIS systems (G3000, G1000 and Honeywell Apex), I just don't think I have ever seen two Aspens side by side set to the same mode/PFD.
@@d00tpilot So one is a PFD the other is MFD, the checklist states we put the MFD into REV for departures. You could do it for approaches, but we elected to leave it on MAP mode for situational awareness. It's just in a redundancy mode for departure as that's when the system is likely to show failures. During the rest of the flight till landing the MFD is in 3 screens, MAP, stormscope and AI split.

Nice Commodore 64 hat on Stefan 👍
Stylish for an important adventure.
Another great video, thank you.
It would be interesting on these trips if you could add the cost of landing / handling fees and fuel.

That's a weird setup - two Aspens on the pilot's side? Would drive me crazy :-)

@@TheFlyingVLOG - Okay, interesting! Thank you for taking the time to explain it!
@@d00tpilot Not a problem. Gives me a video idea 😉
