I thought Paper 1 was absolutely horrendous, my weakest part is the biology elements of PE and that’s pretty much what the whole paper was on! 😅

Sorry to read that. i will try and avoid cliche responses but do remember that the challenge that you experienced was just as challenging for everyone else. The important factor is that you got your knowledge onto those pages in the best way that you could on that day. If you did, then you should be satisfied.
