I am a fan of Michael Jackson
Michael will always be my favorite music artist. I don't care what people say, I don't believe this guy would do such things. Just because he didn't have a childhood and was living it in his later years doesn't make him guilty of all those things. Michael will always be brilliant and talented in my eyes.
Thriller was a cool music video with elements of scary movies and Vincent Price's famous rap!
I always thought "Bad", "Dangerous" and "HIStory" were his peak, creatively. But "Thriller" is what made him Michael Jackson.

They both revolutionized music,pop music and brought so much excitement to our lives. No one will ever understand how incredible these two stars were. This generation will never know this caliber of talents
Yes! Another thing that struck me about that Spike Lee documentary, and I should have said it in the episode, is that MJ actually was very talented. He wouldn't have gotten where he was if he didn't have incredible talent. I think that can easily get lost. Seems like these days a lot of stars are so "propped up" -- they just got where they are because they knew the right people or whatever. No real substance. But he actually had a lot of talent, from a young age.

I bought one. For those wondering how big he is compared to a modern MTM Ken his thighs and butt are thicker so it was a little struggle putting some shorts on him. And he seems more barrel (?) shaped in the chest so a front closing shirt was a little tight but it fit. Ken shoes fit him fine. If y’all have any question about if something else might fit him lmk. Also his neck is skinnier than Ken so I didn’t try putting him on a diff body.

I noticed your box has the picture of Michael Jackson with beard stubble which later was removed and airbrushed off .. I'm not sure why he decided that you didn't like it and you probably won't ever know why but anyhow just thought I'd let you know

BRBTVcom yes in fact I think they (manufactured) the stubble... in the first place!! ONLY.. for them to later remove it LOL

I would have liked to see a Michael doll with the real hair; my Antonio doll was one of my first male dolls and his hair was real. Gives you something to run your fingers through.

I don't think Michael changed much or became "strange" over the years.. I think after the success of Thriller, the media and the Industry felt threatened by his power and turned against him. The fact that he had Lupus and vitiligo and his skin colour changed didn't help him either, poor guy. Not to mention the burns on the Pepsi shoot. He never did anything but help people, and he was a very humble, intelligent and kind gentleman to the very end. He always had great style. His strength through those awful and untrue allegations was awe inspiring, though they did destroy his health, career and joyous spirit.. even so he managed to do a tremendous job of raising his children. I have nothing but respect and admiration for this man. And gratitude.

I'm a life long fan of him, did all the research and know he is an innocent man who went through so much in terms of health, career, opportunists, extortionists and media, too much for a regular person but he faced everything until he was taken from us by an oppotunistic cruel doctor, his legacy will live on forever!❤🙏👑👍✌🦋🌻
I had one that was incomplete, and lost him. So here it is now several years later that I ordered one off Ebay. No box, but his uniform and shoes and socks and microphone is intact. Can't wait to get him in the mail! It is a very well made doll, and a tribute to the 1980's!

Have this doll! And the Grammy Awards Doll! And I have almost all the outfits. Haha! Everything new in packaging! But why do some of the dolls have sunglasses but some don't? That's really odd.
P.S - He started wearing the glove because his hand was starting to show signs of depigmentation a.k.a UNIVERSAL VITILIGO. And he was incredibly self-conscious about it. Not because it "looked cool" like some people claim, although I think he got used to the idea of it looking cool as time went on as people were wearing it dressed like him.
He wasn't "weird" or "odd". He was more so "Different" and "Unique" as he broke different boundaries, like you said.
He was ALWAYS Michael Jackson, regardless of his physical appearance, how he dressed, how he acted or what he loved and believed in. Look at all he's done for the world. HE HAD A BIG HEART. And that's all that matters. I'll always love the guy. Jmo.
