Yes! For real It is very important to have different streams of income and a diversified portfolio as for me I have already invested in crypto which is very profitable and easy to gain.

It’s better to have both. That way you can spread your investments . The key is to have 50% of your money in real estate and 50% in the stock market
You missed the 2nd biggest advantage after liquidity - cost. Cost to manage $1M in stocks - about $3000. Property Tax in Texas - about $25000 on $1M Home. Every Year, and property tax always goes up.
Real Estate - you need lots of money.
Stock Market - you can start small.

The leverage effect in real estate is kinda nice. A good return on the own capital!
In real estate, it is much easier to grow a net worth from zero by adding value and bootstrapping it with other people's money. Other factors inclue appreciation, tax breaks, ability to control hundreds of thousands with minimal down, principal pay down, and monthly cash flow
