I got sooo lucky on these banners. I had 420 wishes prepared for safe Haitham and his weapon (I had no pity and no guarantee). In 333 pulls I got C2 Alhaitham, 1 Mona, 1 Jade Spear, 1 Serpent Spine, and 1 Foliar. Mona was the next pull after C1, so I went all in, and the Foliar was in the same 10 pull as the Jade Spear. I also got C4 Yaoyao and got Xinyan from C2 to C6. I promised my friend never to complain about my gacha luck again :'D

Hu Tao does not need c1, she’s very good without it. You just need to use a shielder and get used to jump cancelling. C1 just allows you to dash cancel instead which gives some i frames and let’s you do up to 2-3 more charged attacks in a rotation.
