I have read this great book and amazed to see modern prospective of kriya yog teached by lord shrikrishna to arjun in Gita and later this method was rediscovered by Mahavatar Babaji and given to his disciples Shri Lahiriji, Shri Yukteshwar Giriji and Shri Yoganandaji in indian guru shishya parampara. I urge to all people who are in search of god, please read this book and choose your path to find the god in your way as it would be helpful in doing that.
