We did just buy a new SUV two years ago, but this is what we get next. Porsche has always been my dream car. And one day I'll own a 911 along side this SUV.
I have 1.5yrs left on my 2015 Cay but honestly the new Panamera looks sexier and harder since they sharpen the back down. Looking forward to the 2020 models. But I totally agree, interior dashboard looks like a private plane controller.
Great review agree with you Zack, totally a different Cayenne compare to previous generation. I am addictive to drive it everyday. Plenty of power, I barely switch to Sport or Sport Plus, as in Normal Mode I can get almost any car I want behind the red light up to 60.
Hi Zack great review. I would like to know if you can help. What is your upgrade recommendation if you’re short with money and you want that car. Thanks greetings from Croatia
I've heard on other channels that the seating in the Cayenne is rather on the stiff / hard side. How do you find them and more to the point how does the " boss " find the seating?
Hello Zack, I'm in the market for a new SUV and have the new Cayenne as my first choice! Being your a Cayenne owner could you give me some advice on the options you think are worthwhile and you feel are worth the extra price. I'm thinking premium package plus and air suspension plus the heads-up display and adaptive cruise. Any further thoughts, advise would be much appreciated!! Best Regards.
You mention a family SUV. If you did not have children, what car or SUV would you be driving? Thanks.
How’s the reliability?
Solid as hell. Drove my ML from Toronto to New York City few years ago and this year with Base Cayenne 2019 did the same. OMG, I wanted to come back after I arrived there that much I wanted to still drive it... ML was boring and I was tired.... this one... all was fun....I pushed the button for that 20 seconds gave me a huge power to get the car in front of me, this is not a SUV, it is truly a sports car, Cayenne is king of corners...I can write more and more
Somone call Captain Jean-Luc Picard & tell him we've found his missing crew member! That jacket is fucking hilarious!!
I'm ordering this with the optional 6disc can you tell me if it goes in the glove compartment or the trunk
Notice how far FWD Porsche has sloped the rear window? They've taken the "utility" out of "SUV". Now it's just a "SV" :)) A "SV" for the "look at what I'm driving crowd". :) Might as well buy a Panamera instead (sedan).
I am torn between the Cayenne and the X5. Which one should I get for best comfort, handling, grip and build quality?
Test drive them, then decide.
Get a BMW if you never want money in your account. Buy Porsche.
Hey buddy. Just have a question. I’m in Montreal and I’m buying cars to Export. Wondering if u can get hand on that. Let me know thanks!
You can't export Porsche. ( you have to sign a contract, doesn't apply if you're exporting it to the US )
"Forever in blue"
Am I the only who thinks the front of the cayenne looks boring, not to say really ugly ? Went to shop for an SUV of this caliber and felt like the Rovers, BMW, Mercedes have way more "character"
Personally I find the Range Rover the best looking SUV because of how rugged it looks compared to the new luxury SUVs.
I think it’s because they are trying to keep the similar Porsche look or style of their cars. I usually like a more rugged look for SUVs but I can’t imagine a Porsche not looking like a sports car. I didn’t like the first gen but I like them now.
Much better looking in the flesh.. handles better than anything else in class, and hold its value better than anything else.. looking forward to my second Cayenne arriving next year.. No need to spend more than £67k on a nice base model specced with air suspension. Good value when you compare it to the competition (including the new VW Touareg, Q7, X5..)
Dave 007 totally agree
@@scottcowan2127 Agree with you, they're insanely good machines. But I feel like the look is outdated (and that's just my opinion). I appreciate wanting to keep the DNA of a Porsche. However, if you look at a cayenne 2005 and a cayenne 2018, the lines are almost the same, the shape, etc...
Beautiful car wish could afford some day
Thank you for the comment, Archit!
Had a really bad experience with Porsche Vancouver. Also visit Langley before make a decision. It’s a good car though
We had a bad experience in Porsche Langley. Very arrogant sales dude.
Thank you for taking the time to comment. We're sorry to hear that your recent interaction in our dealership was not to your standards. We'd love the opportunity to discuss your situation further and rectify any concerns you may have. If you have a moment, let's chat - Lewis McGonigal, New Car Sales Manager - (604) 736-7911
it was 4 years ago, doesn't mean the issue is still there. it was caused by financial manager LAU, and sales manager Peter seems doesn't care, and last year for some reason I know LAU still works there. i guess its me overthinking. maybe all dealer alike.
Apple CarPlay should be wireless
I went to the dealership and saw a "nicley" equipped BASE Cayenne (wasnt event he S) and it was going for 91k! Its terribly OVER PRICED.
@J CR I 100% agree with you. I have a 2016 GTS 911 that I leased. The dealer kept telling me about the 12 month "Pull Ahead" program whereby you are able to get out of ANY porsche LEase 12 months earlier. After further research, I found they adjust the residules of their cars so you pay MORE for the car. Lesson is if you want a Porsche, DONT LEASE IT!!!
You're paying for better engineering. BMW suvs are clunkier truck like, built in South Carolina USA compared to The Cayenne which is built in Leipzig GERMANY
AND YOU ARE A BULLSHIT
@J CR But I will buy it because I am a very smart rich man.
@@doctorj7112 BUT I DO NOT CARE!
Porsche dealers recommend against PDCC

Doesn’t that base now start at $80,000 CAD ? Lol
Too plain jane for the price tag, it doesn't look special going down the road, might as well get a base level honda suv!!!!
AND YOU ARE A BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
😂😂😂
Great review but dodgy jacket!
Nothing tops the Lexus LX 570.
Literally anything tops that piece of shit!
Good video. A lot of the guys in these car videos annoy me - knowledgeable but annoying.
It’s NOT Porscha, it’s Porsche!! 🙄
You're actually wrong, it's called "Porsha" not "porsch"
It's definitely pronounced porscha! It was the makers last name you dolt. Ferdinand Porsche.
0:23 All new model...are you kidding me !? 🤦🏻♂️ That sh*t looks Old already !! 👎🏼
The new touareg will destroy this .
Yeah but then your stuck with a Touareg? Might as well tell the world you hate your life while you're at it
lol why is that ,the car is a real beast. Great car.
@@xila8861 I guess you like what you like. Honestly I hope it treats you well.
Thanks dude ,yea i love it.
@@xila8861 I like hearing that. When you work hard and buy what you like. That's a great feeling. Congratulations man! I take back my sassy comment about the Touareg. My apologies. 😅
