Great Job. I was overjoyed to hear you on this. I Have been thinking about this for quite a long time. A friend of mine was discussing Pranayama and meditation last week. it is quite amazing the same subject has come back and he said in detail about CNS and asked me to have a Sikai ( Kudmi and Ear piercing the second time and wear Kadukan).
Also, He was telling people who have seizure disorders to get lots of dreams beyond our human imagination. It takes them back to the previous Janma connection as his reference point.
It looked far-fetched to imagine but your video added more value to the already existing thought process.
I am getting goosebumps when I heard this subject. Continue the great work and would suggest you also talk about dreams especially people getting dreams of visiting temples very often. One of my associates gets two dreams every week of visiting temples which is new to him.

Excellent. Just sharing when i do my deep meditation my third eye vibrates n followed by my back of my head. Exact straight from the third eye but when this happens i really feel the joy. Doubts:-
1)Why did Siddhargal tell everything as a secret and not openly ?
2) Why did we fail in preserving such knowledge and fall in prey of western influence ?
Concerns :-
1) If they discover it in say like next 100 years , Then we remain as a group of illiterate people in their eyes . How can we spread that our siddhargal have found it way before . Or is there even the requirement of spreading this as the world is getting more materialistic and there is 0 % chance of attaining such state theses days . Basically how can we put a Copyright Claim/Strike on the Western world .

I meditate mostly at least once a day.. Took dheekchai ( initiation ) of Kundalini yoga of Maharishi Vedhathri 1999.. During those early years of daily meditation sometimes when I play guitar in the nights, I have seen me plucking the strings from outside a little above my body to my surprise.. Does this also mean " near death experience "..!? Such a thing didn't come later on in all these years..

After several years into deep transcendental meditation, my experience is almost the same. That white light is like a bulb's surface; we need to go inside it where our brain tries to bring us back with the last reminiscent thoughts as frequencies we cherish. When I go further in, there will be numerous tunnels connected to blobs of light, and down, I see crystal-clean 2D structures. It isn't easy to put in words, but these 2D structures are time events. Without you, no action is yet to happen, so it is not 3D! I want to avoid touching on these more, but please BEWARE; most of us have no clue on how to get into these tunnels and return. They are indeed portals to dimensions. Try with the knowledge of how to get back to this body else we will be stuck in space between dimensions and will not connect with our body anymore unless some spirit took pity on us and helps.

@@Nivedha-un7qs What I was trying to imply is that, In my experience, we are still in our construct of consciousness. Ajna is the next step, and soul travel is way beyond that. Imagine you being on a ledge that is nothing but a construct. We need a way to navigate outside of the blob and come back. Our brains, created using memory, will do all possible things to bring it back. Without knowing the way or practice, energy transfer to the Ajna, which is nothing but the CSF (cerebral spinal fluid) activating the pineal gland, carrying that energy from Muladhara will be a bad experience. It will only be pleasant if we have control over it. Now visualize there is a fundamental consciousness, and tunnels are connected to it. These tunnels might lead you anywhere; entering another body scratches the surface. We should be using that energy to take that leap from the ledge. We will be using that energy from Ajna to move out of Sahasrara. Yes, Siddhars and Saints did precisely the same, but it is at another level!
