- In today's episode of Farming life at la forge we are exchanging our baler that has been on the farm since the day we bought it for another Lelly baler. Dad is upgrading the New Holland TL90 and will show you his new add-ons to the articulated manitou as well. Mam is leaving the farm as she heads back to visit family in Ireland. I will be checking the fences with our 3 dogs as we get ready to let cattle out to the fields.
Hope you enjoy the video!
Merch release date coming soon!
Great idea the light on loaders declan and laura..
Super idea with the lights makes things much safer. They are fitted so neatly. Declan you have great idead and patience
Reflective tape on shed is a mighty idea
Could you send some of that drier weather over here please 🙏 could do with seeing some blue skies and some warmth on my face. Nice baler and it makes so much sense having the both from one manufacturer. Always enjoy the videos, true farming and no bull sh1t.
Take care, stay safe and enjoy life.
Good luck with everything on the farm now there 👍👍👍
Thanks for the video Laura another good one, that's a great idea Declan has with the flashing hazard lights on the Manatou and the tractor loader, all the loader manufacturers should be installing them and maybe a marker light aswell great job👍
Enjoy your dad and the video.
Great video 😍 The side strobes are a great job 👍like the reflective tape on girders. Another tip for lads.... I put a small bit on handles of fencing pliers, strainers etc. If you are missing something it's easy go out after dark with headtorch and it stands out like a sore thumb.
Hello hello! Great idea actually we'll have to try that, thanks!
Great video Laura and Declan
Father is charming 😢😅as always love his Irish way an sence humare
Haha thanks
Nice work on the vid and well deserved to... twice as many subs by this time next year then... stay safe 🏴
That's a great job Declan and Laura 💯
Great job fixing the fence Laura
Excellent job with the lights, great you think of safety. Sometimes missing on farms. Love your videos Laura.
It's so funny when your dad finishes chatting and says that it... 😂😂😂
haha cheers
Those lights make all the difference top job again 😊
Great job putting the lights on Declan
You produce an interesting video! Living in north Florida and being retired, it is always interesting to learn about farming around the world. Farmers here are struggling with low prices for farm products. Everyone is hoping 2024 will be a better year... Take care...
I have watched from start and never ever heard a word of complaint about anything, only progress and hard work!
As a young fella we have a rp220 master welger baler their top of the Range very good baler they are
Great stuff 👍
Love the dogs on the vids, Jesse is flying it. Thanks for vids
Love to see Declan projects
As an American that runs massy big square bales that thing is like a little toy. You never would of known your father was a first generation farmer. How many hectares is the operation? How many cows do you run?
CONGRATS & WELL DONE on 20,000 subs BRILLIANT going
Great video. Enjoyed watching 👍🏼
Glade to be a Subscriber
Great job with the lights.
You will find or should say usually find the flashing beacons have 3 wires and again there is usually a yellow one and I fairly sure its the yellow if you touch that to power it will alter the flash sequence but be warned they some times have 12 different sequence, have a look and see
BKT are the on 2 of my Tractors and we do a lot of roading to the out farm
There better be good Weather in the 👜
Those look good Declan. What about mounting a cheap camera out by the lights. You can get them for about €20-30 of of Amaz0n, and they come with a monitor. That way, in the daytime, you can get a look at the road before you pull out onto the road. Let’s you actually see around shrubs or fences.
Great video Laura 👌
Light on the load great job😊
Nice working
Bridge stone tractor tyres for loader work are a mile ahead I like bkt but for the loader nothing like the Bridge stone I used to put them on in galmoy for you
That man is as handy as a hammer great brain
❤

Thank you for another interesting and enjoyable video. When do you turn the cattle out in a normal spring.

👀🙄🐾👍Great video Laura is Jessie a good cattle dog?
Don't tell me it's raining too in France. I thought Galway was wet
Hi Laura you installed security cameras in an episode a while back. Were they Reolink cameras?
Great content..what prompted the move to France from presumably the west of ireland (judging on the accents)...?
By any chance are ye still letting out the holiday cottages?
Have bkt on a tractor best tyre ever had tarus tyres the side walls used to fall out of them
