Guys u won’t see amazing progress in 3 months, u will notice just a bit of more muscle definition you had but very minimum, at around 4 months people started noticing my arms looked bigger and I was definitely stronger, time will pass so just be patient gym is a life long goal

I’m in the same boat as you but you just need to track calories of what you eat but limit your self to 1800 calories a day or a little more but that will help you lose fat big you also have to lift with dumbells or something that you have at home also do cardio but not a lot of it because you will lose muscle if you only do cardio I started my diet 2 months ago and working out 3 months ago and have lost 20lb you can do it just follow this plan lifting 4 days a week and running 2 days

6:45 when i went into wrestling it was the complete opposite abt getting abs, coach made us spam cardio and calisthenics, he told us eat whatever you want you will lose weight and he was right, i got sick and was off the mat for a week, but in that week i just did sprints and calisthenics(literally just 300 pushups, squats and crunches) and was eating whatever i wanted, within that week there was noticeable gains in my abs
yeah but that requires u to do extreme amounts of cardio and nobody wants to do that lol

Some good snacks for cutting are Cookies and Cream quest protein bars they have like 20g of protein and only 180 calories. Most types of beef jerky too. The one I eat has 30g of protein and only 200 calories

I've been really skinny my whole live, and it made it so I got pushed around a lot and that I am extremely weak. So I'm gonna try and do this to be the best of myself I can be

for nutrients i’ve been eating 1 apple a day for 30 days so far, and i usually eat just turkey slices cuz they’re really easy. i est these good protein meal bars that have been helping. and drinking a lot of water helps a lot
Use a macro tracker and level it out, and for protein multiply 0.8 by your body weight, 150 minutes of cardio a week (20 min a day) and carbs don’t over do it but make sure you eat a good amount for energy, calories depends on your goal of bulking,cutting, or maintenance

Bro, i started skinny fat so I decided to cut. The problem is, I got to a low body fat percent yet my abs wouldn't show unless I flexed them. This was because I had stubborn, yet small layer of fat that would never go away and I started fasting with additional cardio and couldn't get rid of the layer.
Just go on a lean bulk and workout if you train abs as well not only will you gain muscle but it abs will become more visible and once you gain a good amount of muscle cut. I was also skinny fat and doing this helped me a lot
