2024 부천 백만송이 장미 축제 Bucheon Million Roses Festival

오늘(2024. 5. 25)부터 경기도 부천 백만 송이 장미 공원에서 장미 축제가 시작되었습니다. 마침 주말이라 수많은 인파가 화려한 장미의 자태를 감상하기 위해 그야말로 인산인해를 이루고 있습니다. 경기도 부천시 도당동 산 34의 도당공원 내에 있는 부천백만송이장미원은 도당산 인근을 주민의 휴식처로 꾸미기 위해 부천시에서 1998년부터 150,000여 그루의 장미나무를 식재하기 시작하면서 모습을 갖추기 시작하였는데, 장미나무 한 그루당 7~10송이의 장미꽃이 핀다고 가정할 때 최소 백만송이의 꽃을 볼 수 있다고 하여 백만송이장미원이라고 붙여졌다고 합니다. 단일 장미공원으로는 국내 최대 규모인 부천백만송이장미원에는 축제 첫날부터 많은 인파가 몰려 축제를 즐기고 있습니다.
The Garden of Million Roses, where is located in Bucheon City, Gyeonggi-do, Korea, was opened for festival from May 25 to Jun. 9. A lot of people are visiting the garden of rose festival to see beautiful roses.
