@@chananurridin8337 let me know how I can support you. If there are meals you enjoy and want to make modifications to make it vegan AND BLE, send me a note and I’ll try to help.
Hello! I agree with you whole heartedly. I’m trying to get back on the plan but not much success. Yes plant based eating but like yourself, I need the structure. I could use some support by a likeminded person. I feel like I’ve got one leg on the horse but it keeps taking off without me!!!!
I started ble in july 2017, in 4 months I was at goal weight and maintained for next year. Last year I went to eating starch "til I was comfortably full" and I have ballooned like crazy. I seem to have NO ability to feel satiated so I'm considering going back to ble too. I have NEVER experienced anything else that gives me the food peace and lack of mind chatter that I have with ble. I also feared fats for MANY years before ble and yet was surprised how satisfied I felt adding a small amount to my meals, and also it made me feel like I stopped overeating because I WAS satisfied. I also was surprised that I could lose weight while eating fat because that's not often mentioned by wfpb doctors! Haha and your kitty is sooooo cute!
This was really real and honest and spot on. I found BLE in June of 2020. Immediately dropped 30 lbs and landed at goal weight. Stayed withing my goal range for a year going on and off the plan, and now my weight is too high for my comfort at 3 lbs above the top of my goal range so I’m trying to shore up my habits again. I need all the stories I can get! It totally works and is THE solution. 100% versatile for all food preferences, inlcudes ALL the whole food groups in reasonable and sane proportions, gets results on feeling better and losing weight immediately (no “flu” symptoms and weeks/months of waiting for results).
I have been following BLE for over 7 years. Started in 2017 and went plant based in 2018. Lost weight with BLE until people were telling me I looked too thin. I struggle with maintaining and make exceptions so am really doing Almost BLE. I know I am a sugar addict. Is there anyone out there who is Vegan and BLE and lives in Australia, particularly Sydney as I would like support and be on the same time zone 😊. I love the tag line - PLANT BASED JOY.
Helpful perspective! I too have experience with both plans and have not been able to achieve weight loss with the starch solution. Looking forward to your updates!
BLE is amazing! I've lost over 60lbs. I'm on Day 316. I was on maintenance twice for pregnancies that didn't work out, otherwise I would have been at goal weight a while ago. Bright Line Eating changed my life and really helped me get through hard times.
I had the exact same experience with Starch solution and also found my way to Bright Line Eating. Today is my day one. So glad to have found your channel!!
I love the Starch Solution, but I’ve never lost any weight on it, after 7 years. Today, I’m combining the Starch Solution with BLE. I’ve tried everything else. Maybe this is the Holy Grail?? 🙏🏼🙏🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
I gained a lot of weight on the Starch Solution too! I loved eating that way, and am super bummed it didn't work for me! I've been on and off BLE for a long time. I lost 60 pounds on BLE and gained it all back :( But I just started again today after over a year off of it.
Congrats on your return to BLE. I was on the program in 2016, got to my goal weight, and maintained for 1.5 years. Then left the program, because I'd strayed bit by bit and more & more - nothing wrong with the program, it was just me and poor decisions. I just signed up again last week. I'm excited to re-start. I love your cat. Get him some cucumber slices for his eyes, a nice fluffy white robe, some slippers, and a towel turban for this head - because it's relax and spa day for him LOL!
So I did BLE several years ago. Here I am, weighing even more than I did then. I have about 100# to lose. I started WFPB in January. Here I am 3+ months later, and I haven't lost any weight. I weigh exactly the same. So I started BLE with WFPB on Monday. I wish I hadn't stopped several years ago. I know I've already lost weight just in the past few days. I'm feeling pretty crummy, I guess detoxing, but I'm so excited to actually see results on the scale. I have hope again.
The Starch Solution was a disaster for me… I gained 10 pounds in 3 or so months. I had gotten to my goal weight on BLE in 2018… and maintained for 4 years.. But, I thought the SS would be simpler…NO! I’m back to BLE for good!
I would like to start off by saying I don’t believe any diets work long term. I don’t think losing weight should ever be the #1 goal. There are tons of ways to lose weight and most of them do more harm than good. 3. If you want to feel and function as well or better than you ever have (not to mention lose all of the excess weight) you need to start off by learning about long term water-only fasting and figure out what our species-specific natural diet consists of. I’ll give you a hint, it’s the easiest, best tasting, least amount of work to prepare, no cooking or processing necessary, no harm to animals or plants, and is actually the most symbiotic way we can eat on this planet and is out God Given Birthright, to do so. We, just like our closest genetically related living primate relatives, the Chimpanzee and Bonobo, we are actually frugivores and all we should be consuming for food is whole, raw vibrant, fragrant, organic fruit and only soft, tender, good tasting greens like lettuce. (Maybe a bug or two if your into that or out of convenience 😅 Disclaimer: If a person has spent any number of years eating a modern conventional diet, they need to fast long enough and properly (with experienced guidance) typically at least 21 days, to allow the body to rest, heal and cleanse as well as it can. If done properly a typical middle aged person will not only feel and function so much better, but they will soon after the fast eliminate 10 to 20lbs of old hard foul smelling material that has been collecting in the small intestine for their whole life acting like a giant toxic sponge that takes water from The body while releasing toxins into the bloodstream and preventing the transfer of vital nutrients and water through the intestinal walls. It’s called Mucoid plaque. If you want to know everything you need to know about these subjects please refer to Loren Lockman’s channel and check out the website to his Fasting Center, Tanglewoodwellnesscenter.com It’s a total game change and not a fad! Good luck and God Speed!
OMG, the Starch Solution was awful for me. I felt bloated all the time and my triglycerides went up to 400! My Dr called me when she got my labs back and said "What are you doing! Your triglycerides are through the roof! Stop whatever you changed!" I agree, all the rice, beans and potatoes messed me up. I do much better on more fruits and vegetables. BLE is so much better for me. My triglycerides went back down and now sits at 75!
Hi! I have been vegan for 17 years and tried BLE a bit last year. I was somewhat successful but fell off it ans have struggled to get back into it ever since. Rezooming now and hopefully will be able to stick to it this time! And watch your videos! :)
Got all ready to start and then got divorced… still not 100% settled but I’m ready to stop the excuses and take some responsibility for my eating habits… looking forward to starting this journey for reals this time!
@@PlantBasedJoy Yes BLE. I did14 day challenge and kept going. Definitely a struggle during the holidays but I'm trying to lean into my supports. One day at a time.
I’ve been through several diet plans this year trying to get back on track after losing 65lbs…BLE was too restrictive for me. I found that using MyFitnessPal and reducing carbs for my first two meals of the day works well. I increased protein and kept fat intake to a low/moderate level. Specifically my calories are 1400-1800 per day, carbs 150-200g, fat 60-80g, and protein 120-160g. It’s working for me and I am finally down 5lbs after being stuck for a long time!
Was not losing any weight on this plan after three weeks. I have 20 lbs to lose could this be why. I look the plan and the guidelines. But no loss So sad over this
Thank you for watching 💕 How familiar are you with bright line eating? Leave me a comment below.
BLE works for me, too! I enjoy your vlogs and wish you peace and joy as you continue your journey!!!
Oh my, I told myself yesterday I needed to read the book again to give it another try. I'm going to take this as a sign.......💕
Yes!! 🙌🏼 My accountability partner saw the video too and we are back at it. 😁
@@PlantBasedJoy ,hello I'm struggling. The last time I tried BLE I wasn't vegan, it could be me. Looking forward to more videos.

Hi there! Is rice allowed on this diet?
Yes,. You can have 4oz of cooked rice per day as a breakfast grain.
I just started my journey with BLE yesterday! 😊

Were you eating too many calories? No matter what plan, its about calories
That is really odd. The plan is really tailored to getting the nutrition piece in check and control emotional eating.
That background music is awful
