Have a look at the slums of Karachi where Bengali and Bihari migrants living in. This camp in BD is lot better. The streets are concreted and cleaner not open drains everywhere, no garbage everywhere.
I don't think that these people are restricted by Law to live in the slums of Karachi. Its the life thay can improve and thay are continuously improving it. The only issue is that thay couldn't afford their big size of family economically. The leadership in their area is the key to success or failure.

They're living not only in Dhaka but also other part of the country. In the village area they're provided with land and houses to support them, they're given citizenship as well. The conditions they have is because of them, nothing to do. But in Pakistan, Bengali people are not given citizenship, have no access to higher education, I should not talk about land and houses while basic needs are not met. Before asking Bangladesh government to give them everything for free, make sure you give enough facilities to people living there.
