After it says “you need to get out of here” the giggling is mommy long legs listening to every word cat bee says! That both have a high pitched voice that sometimes sounds the same. You could know from chapter 2 (fly in a web) she takes your hand and explains how Poppy said she will give you the train code right away Then she says “if you complete 3 games I will give you the train code” trying to sound like poppy she did it with almost all of the characters because she is a SHAPESHIFTER! It might not tell you though because it’s behind the scenes
