Great trimmer, I have one for almost 7 years and it has a lot of hard hours of work hours. The coil kicked the bucket under warranty but because it was only 17(original husqvarna) euros I decided to do it myself instead of having to deal with the long turnaround time warranty repair. What you will need to change is the small piece of hose (that you see on top at 1:38), I see yours is cracked as well and that creates a vacuum problem leading to less than enthusiastic starts and idling. Your air filter also needs to be cleaned, it might look OK but you will be surprised by the amount of dirt they retain, and judging by how stiff your air filter is I say this is definitely the case. You can wash it with regular dishwasher soap, let it air dry and then just impregnate it with some silicon oil. You can use a plastic bag or a latex glove to squeeze it gently in the palm of your hand to make sure it if fully saturated and the squeeze out the excess. After doing this you could adjust the air/fuel ratio and make that puppy purr like it is supposed to 😁
Wow thanks a lot for your comment!! My trimmer as been very reliable as well, it never had any problems. The trimmer is low hours ( I guess it has not run longer than 30hrs in the last 6 years we own it), but you're right, I should probably do some maintenance on it. New airfilter, new hose and new sparkplug as nothing has been replaced until now... It still runns great and that's why I haven't thought of replacing anything. Thanks again and have a nice evening 😉
That was a nice start-up, it is strange to see you can buy fuel in containers, nowhere is it available, we have to fill a jerry can at the gas station for home use, also we have to mix our own fuel
Thanks, buying fuel in containers is expensive, but it's very handy for little engines like the trimmer because it's mixed and ready to use :-) thanks for watching!
Hello, thanks for your comment. Generally these aren't hard to service. Check the owners manual for further information but generally, apart from sparkplug, airfilter and maybe fuelfilter there isn't much to do... I hope I could help you.

Is there a list of service parts needed to service this? Thanks.
