Frankly I thought this one of those days and stopped watching. After my morning coffee I reopened your post-somewhere along the line it jangled a memory chord and I realised the I had eaten this in a friends house in Calicut cooked by his aging mother and remember raving about it.This preparation is super stuff chef Mahima !This I believe a typical snack of the Malabar region and you seem to have rejuvenated it.I learnt today that there things other than eggs meat and fish worth eating 👍
