I always felt she really did research before guest arrived. She read their books and was prepared to ask intelligent and in depth questions to move the interview along .Happy for Angela, a smart business woman 👏.

I have to agree ... cuz now when I watch The Breakfast Club it feels messy and degraded. It feels like a Boys Club with Envy and Charlemagne.
She didn’t the last 3 months of her contract. She tapped out. But before that I agree she was on it.
Since Angela has left I see her value to The Breakfast Club. There needs to be a well-researched, level head on the panel who has insight into journalism and culture.

Tamron Has been a journalist for 30 years in my opinion; she should've allowed Angela finished her sentence first lol and not cut her off but hey that's her accolades for interviewing lmao love them both!!

THIS… *is exactly what I was looking for.* I expected the entire comments section to be filled with remarks like this. I could barely figure out how Angela truly felt on anything because Tamron asked about 30 questions in 9 minutes, but only allowed Angela about 3 words on each before the next question came. Made it look like she was bored with Yee’s answers & energy because she kept directing the conversation to the sensational parts.

I’m so happy for Yee 💕 I was an intern for the Breakfast Club in 2015, Yee was very very lovely and sweet to me, she’s good people. Charlemagne & Envy were hilarious & also very nice, the thing I hated about that internship at the time is that it was only for college credit & as interns we couldn’t really do much other than be their handy people in running to get stuff for them.

Whew yes I was looking for this. I can’t take away from her achievements she seems like a great business woman. But her interviews were never ground breaking, she never came across as a girls girl to me at all. She was one of the guys

I believe this is God positioning her to elevate. Having your own show is the real estate to do the work. You cannot blame someone else for how you look on your own show but you. I always saw her potential because for interviews, I found her preparedness to be outstanding, especially when reading up on guest bios/memoirs. Her questions would come from an authentic place.

The Breakfast Klub has been a lot more LIVELY since she has left. First, I was sad that she left. But the energy is totally better in a good way and energy flows better

If you go back and watch the Lil Mama interview Angela was just as bad as Charlamagne. She also forced that topic about K Michelle with Maino and Uncle Murda. She is not innocent all the time. She also almost got Envy into real beef with Gucci Mane because she lied. She is not held accountable for somethings she does because she's a woman as well as what she may have faced.

I ran into her at Somerset Mall in metro Detroit about a year ago. We were in either the Louis Vuitton store or Gucci. I believe it was Gucci. And I was like " Hi, aren't you Angela Yee"? And she was like "yes. How are you". She was smiling and approachable and appeared to appreciate that she was recognized, unlike when I saw LaLa Anthony in the same week, downtown Detroit on the River walk. She walked right past me and I spoke and she barely wanted to speak back it seemed. It wasn't like it was a bunch of people noticing her. I was sitting out side of Adiamos to get a bite to eat and she literally walked right past me sitting. I didn't try to approach her, or ask for an autograph or anything crazy. I was just like "hey La La", as she walked by where I was already at. Needless to say, her attitude wasn't great. Attitude was very different that what I see on TV. I mean she could have been having a bad day, but I don't think so. And every since I've liked her less, while I like Angela more after the encounter. What I experienced from Angela Yee is just what I am seeing now. It matches. I wish her even more success.
What did you expect LaLa to do? Stop walking and talk to you? Maybe she had somewhere to be. And you don’t know if she was having a good day or not. She owes you nothing. Since she doesn’t know you I’m sure she’s not bothered that you don’t like as much. The fact that she spoke to you at all is more than you deserve. Very self centered.
