No, I am taking care of business, a truth speaker, and justice seeker, whether they like it or not. I respect, and I respectfully confront. If their voice escalates; I go silent and my facial expressions call them to attention (raised eyebrows…). If I discern an ensuing escalation; I end it and escalate my query or concerns to someone above them. Or, the conversation ends.
