May I sugggest different brushes for his fur, they are meant for double coated dogs from cold climates like malamute and samoyeds (i have 2). 1) slicker brush and 2) pet comb. The slicker brush gets into the deep layers of their fur and the comb helps to handle tangles and mattes. Using the furminators actually hurts the dogs and yanks at their fur, thats why dawang get aggravated when he is brushed with it. Also you should save the smaller brushes for face or paws. Use on the body would be too tedious. Much love to you and Dawang in this scorching heat ❤🥵

I’m glad you didn’t trim his fur again!! Dogs with a double coat like Dawang’s doesn’t actually need to be trimmed in the summer; their fur is able to insulate, and will keep them both cool and warm!🪒🚫🪮✅Unfortunately, since Dawang has been shaved down very short a few times, his coat will likely never grow back properly 😢. The brushing should help though!!😆
Talk about shaving double-coated dogs in hot weather. Yesterday I watched a UA-cam video of an Alaskan malamute being entrusted to his owner's father for a day as she was unavailable. When she returned to her father's to fetch her malamute, she was shocked to find her malamute with a gorgeous red fur shaved down to his skin except for a mane, tufts on his legs and a lion's tail. Her father's explanation was he felt that the dog must be very hot as he was panting, so he quickly sent him to a groomer to have him shaved down
Yes glad they didn't trim him this time. Double coated breeds naturally shed in the summer, undercoat shields their skin from the heat and the grooming definitely helps.
If i remember correctly, they only shaved him those times because he rolled in something very smelly and they couldn't get the smell/everything out. So they were left with no option but to shave
Dawang is SO good! I wish my beautiful Nell would let us brush her! She gets "beans", like little seeds stuck in her fur, she wont let me pull them off! I have to take her to a groomer. You are so BRAVE to groom big gorgeous Dawang, but it is worth it :)

Cutie pie Dawang is always my favourite.I never skip Ads of Dawang's video. Love and hugs😍😚🐕. My dog also don't allow me to brush his tail,legs and hips portion. So i avoid brushing them.But while giving shower i cut the tangled fur from scissor. Penjie sister, be careful and take care of yourself while brushing those areas,where dog generally resist.
Too bad his fur coat is no longer nice because of all the shaving. His fur type is not supposed to be shaved, but trimming and brushing more often is best. But dawang is handsome no matter what 😅
This reminds me of my cousin’s dog. Daisy had a tangle and she wouldn’t let anyone touch it. But I held the hair at the root so she wouldn’t feel anything and she let me remove the tangle. My cousin asked me how I knew to do that, and responded it’s something all girls know 😂
Hallo, I know that my cat (sacred Birman) has fur that is like silk. And he also has knots like Dawang.. I use an old hairbrush and then the fine brush. This way you avoid Dawang finding it uncomfortable.🙂 Take care and see you in the next Video. Greetings from Germany
Please start grooming with a wider tooth comb, then work your way down to a smaller tooth comb. Giving him a chew stick while grooming will help. Next time whenever you guys brushing his hair or cuting nail give peanut butter to lick them. There is kind of plate where you can put peanut butter 🧈 while he could be busy licking that plate of butter you can easily brushing his hair. You can find that kind of plate in pet shop 😊

Apenji, you should comb him with slicker brush and round head one after bath. Whatever fur is tangled badly needs to be shaved. If not his skin will not breadth and he will feel hot in summer. Thanks for this tips, I also have a comb and the rake type for my husky but thanks for the tips so I won't buy other brushes that will hurt my dog.

因為感覺是用扯的，會疼。
可以用打薄的剪刀剪掉打結，
