Also, if you have cervical disc replacement, take the pain medication (norco, not “narc”) because otherwise the muscles and tendons around the surgery site will be tense, which could slow your healing.

hey by all means have a trauma kit, but if you dont have a gas can, spare tire, good floor jack, a universal tool kit, electric impact wrench, jump box and jumper cables, spare fuses and multi meter and know how to use it then I think you should get that stuff first. If you dont know how to fix a flat tire or start a car with a dead battery thats pretty important. AAA aint coming to save you in an emergency situation.

My boyfriend is an army vet - he has severe chemical injuries due to the Qarmat Ali Oil/Water plant in Iraq in 2003/2004 they have fought but still have received no Justice 😢

One of my biggest regrets in life was wanting to experience combat and war and I did as an Infantry Soldier in 2003. It is uglier and more horrible than words can express. I would still fight if I ever had to, but I wouldn't look forward to it like a naive idiot.
Just remember, any time you hear the "human shields" justification, what that actually means is "yeah we knew civilians were in the target area. We dropped the bomb anyway."
