What I love about this is that they have more secular sounding hits, but they didn't just use those and try to hide that they are Christians, they set out to make a way for Christian hip hop and not just for themselves, I thought that was really dope
no such thing as a "secular" sound. good music is good music, these guys are just tapped into all kinds of art and able to recognize that all creativity is a gift from God for his glory even if it isn't explicitly "Christian art." they're students of the game as a whole, not just the Christian bubble

This was 100% the greatest set to watch this morning. All the artist were great. I really liked Alex Jean. And NoBigDyl. S/O jon keith as well. First time hearing any of these people. Great job getting this all man, I’m happy the Lord is being heard regardless. It could be interesting to see a Christian version of Rolling Loud, but Jesus didn’t come to save the saints. I just don’t agree that we’re supposed to “take over”, I believe we’re just supposed to plant seeds so God can open eyes.

Alex Jean 🙌🏾. I felt that performance through the screen!!! These guys so far don’t know how to connect with the audience. Just jumping around because the stage is so big and the crowd is so small. They don’t know what to do. When it’s a big stage, and the audience doesn’t know you, jumping around like your favorite artist doesn’t work. Pick a SINGLE SPOT on the stage and perform your but off right there and force the audience to focus on you and connect with you. Moving around and hopping around is counter productive in the name of energy. Put all that energy into a small zone on the stage and it’s more productive!! That’s why Alex Jean was most effective! He should have just moved the mic stand halfway down the runway. Just be at the spot where most of the people are and they’ll rock with you from there. I can teach this stuff to artists. I’ve done it before! Also they need to learn how to use the time before and after the music to connect with the crowd. This was an opportunity to minister the gospel in a way everyone there can connect with. “Who out there today ever wonder if God was real. I used to fell the same way…” or whatever connects to your song. I hate to say it but these guys are “seem” more concerned with looking the part and sounding the part than ministering the gospel. Most of their music doesn’t minister the gospel if we’re being honest. So what’s the point of CHH being on this platform if you aren’t gonna talk about Jesus. Nobigdyl figured it out a little. And he mentioned Jesus. 😅 Another thing, take all the RANDOM DANCING PEOPLE AND HALFHEARTED HYPE MEN OFF THE STAGE. They are a distraction… too much of that on this set. Everybody want their moment. 🤦🏾♂️ isn’t it supposed to be about pointing people to Jesus? Nobigdyl missed an opportunity to say something like “anyone ever feel like they were praying to God and waiting on him and it seemed like he wasn’t hearing you?” Connect the song to the audience man! These guys need coaching. Hulvey’s guitarist should be right next to him with that guitar the whole time. I don’t mind how he brought everyone out on the second song, but if they gonna be out there they need to be doing something coordinated. He kinda got them all putting their hands in the air though. Just too much walking around!! He did well though!! Teach them the lyrics and tell them sing it to God!!! That’s how to do it… Great Job Hulvey and Alex Jean!!!! Overall, this is good for CHH and we need to make the most of EVERY OPPORTUNITY…for the gospel not to bring glory to ourselves.

I've cried watching this, it's so powerful watching God let this happen(even if Rolling Loud thought just about profit, Paul says as long as Christ is preached...) cause I used to be on other end, listening to music that doesn't promote godliness, and thinking I could still please God at the same time, but now I get to have my cake and eat too, all glory to The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit.❤
Watching this just remind me of myself as an upcoming gospel artist trying to grow a fan base. There's still a large number of people that don't enjoy our kind of music and to just hear that it's Christian based the crowd shrinks. But I'm immensely happy they got to do this. One day I'll be on platforms this big as well.

They don’t know what to do. When it’s a big stage, and the audience doesn’t know you, jumping around like your favorite artist doesn’t work. Pick a SINGLE SPOT on the stage and perform your but off right there and force the audience to focus on you and connect with you. Moving around and hopping around is counter productive in the name of energy. Put all that energy into a small zone on the stage and it’s more productive!! That’s why Alex Jean was most effective! He should have just moved the mic stand halfway down the runway. Just be at the spot where most of the people are and they’ll rock with you from there. I can teach this stuff to artists. I’ve done it before!
Also they need to learn how to use the time before and after the music to connect with the crowd. This was an opportunity to minister the gospel in a way everyone there can connect with. “Who out there today ever wonder if God was real. I used to fell the same way…” or whatever connects to your song.
I hate to say it but these guys are “seem” more concerned with looking the part and sounding the part than ministering the gospel. Most of their music doesn’t minister the gospel if we’re being honest. So what’s the point of CHH being on this platform if you aren’t gonna talk about Jesus.

Another thing, take all the RANDOM DANCING PEOPLE AND HALFHEARTED HYPE MEN OFF THE STAGE. They are a distraction… too much of that on this set. Everybody want their moment. 🤦🏾♂️ isn’t it supposed to be about pointing people to Jesus?
Nobigdyl missed an opportunity to say something like “anyone ever feel like they were praying to God and waiting on him and it seemed like he wasn’t hearing you?” Connect the song to the audience man! These guys need coaching.
Hulvey’s guitarist should be right next to him with that guitar the whole time. I don’t mind how he brought everyone out on the second song, but if they gonna be out there they need to be doing something coordinated. He kinda got them all putting their hands in the air though. Just too much walking around!! He did well though!! Teach them the lyrics and tell them sing it to God!!! That’s how to do it… Great Job Hulvey and Alex Jean!!!!
Overall, this is good for CHH and we need to make the most of EVERY OPPORTUNITY…for the gospel not to bring glory to ourselves.

I've cried watching this, it's so powerful watching God let this happen(even if Rolling Loud thought just about profit, Paul says as long as Christ is preached...) cause I used to be on other end, listening to music that doesn't promote godliness, and thinking I could still please God at the same time, but now I get to have my cake and eat too, all glory to The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit.❤

Watching this just remind me of myself as an upcoming gospel artist trying to grow a fan base. There's still a large number of people that don't enjoy our kind of music and to just hear that it's Christian based the crowd shrinks. But I'm immensely happy they got to do this. One day I'll be on platforms this big as well.
