That's actually the coolest job I never even consider existing. Don't know why I didn't really think they had medics. You're literally in the SWAT team. Mad
Someone’s gotta make streamers famous
Some departments have swat medics some dont

I like how he explains how durable things are like the plastic clips on his Vest, "Oh Yeah so people drove over these and they didn't break." Then says about his scope "Oh so people have had there house burn down and the only thing survive is this scope."
New Operator in Seige looks great!
Yeah, it is awesome! (Not awesome on the wallet)

Hacksaw Ridge was a great movie and the man they based the movie on was the only person to fight a war without a weapon.

I'm sorry to hear that

Great Job. I am a SWAT Negotiator and EMT. We have RTF teams, so our medic program has reduced. I would love to do what you do. Stay Safe!!!

Wait whise and USMC? ;) jk it depends never get or got problems eith belts but
That’s actually a very cool fact
As a former corpsman I support this crayon eaters assessment.
17 yo larper, just gotta say that Velcro removal system of the paramedic bag was unexpected and honestly dope.
Totally agree with your assessment of UFPro- Never had better stuff.
Love the gear. Organized and accessible. Nothing, but necessity. Great video!
Finally a vid with great sound good focus and someone who Isn’t annoying A+ definitely subscribing. Thanks for the vid.
You just got a subscriber, You have done an excellent job of going through your gear keep up the great job both at work and youtube.
Introducing me to that med bag is enough for me to subscribe to this channel. Good hunting and stay safe.
Thank you!
some of my kit is from UF PRO. If anyone is on the fence about getting their kit. I strongly recommend it. It has helped me out a lot
Pro tip: keep all your zippers at the top of your bag or pouch and centered. This is so that in low light or no light situations you can still open your bag quickly. We had this as our un-written SOP in my unit in the marines so anyone cane run up to a med bag and get into it quickly. It’s the little things that save lives, awesome kit man maybe move your sig up to your battle belt and completely remove it from your leg. It’ll give quicker access and frees up real estate to kneel down. And get to work.
Thank you
I don't know if an medical professionals to stop

I actually enjoyed this random video.
Good, informative, well produced content. You see a lot of setups for regular duty use, deployment, etc. but swat medic is one that isn't covered much; not that I intend on becoming a swat medic anytime soon but it's always interesting to see what sort of rationales people have for their gear choice and how they came to those conclusions.

Good video, right to the point. Curious. Were you a paramedic first, or did you enter law enforcement first?
i wanna know this too

Just guessing by the video, he was probably drafted into the team because of his knowledge in the medical field. Like where I work, our NET team (basically same as swat) has 2 full time doctors that we got part time certified as police officers simply so they could run NET missions with us. They’re issued a weapon and all but not expected to be out doing anything unless someone gets hurt
@@PrepMedic What is the exact color of your UF PRO gear? Thanks.
Looks like a great kit, only thing I would recommend is raising that plate carrier so that the top of the plate sits at your clavicle notch.

Nice set up my dept. Here in Wisconsin my SWAT UNIT wear the Condor elite Tactical belt with the cobra buckle to. I use my tactical patrol armor vest over my BDUs. We were all black like I wore in Marine force recon. Get suspenders for your combat belt trust me I have authorities in my entire back. I were my K Bar my Sig Sauer P 320 45 ACP. My M 4 Carbines mags pouches are on my vest 511 soft pouches. They hold 3 mags 30 round banana mags. I have my OC and ASP in my tactical vest my hand cuff pouch is on my duty belt. I have my trama!/ Medic pouch on my duty belt and my COD gas mask is on my combat belt to. Nice setup and video.
The P320 is the best hammer fired striker pistol sig has ever made. Like if u understand what I mean
Thomas Jones ha ha ha
😂😂😂👍👍👍👍👍
You have a sick setup man, I love the swat look
Hi, great vids man. Tip; don't rappel from that riggers belt, despite the marketing efforts of HSGI. If your work requires work at height or bail out, invest in an integrated harness belt, like those from the CTOMS TRACE line of soft goods, or TYR products. It will incorporate into your existing rig well. From personal experience, the Raptors are difficult to clean really well, so I ditched mine in favour of sterile bagged penny cutters.
Keep up the great work, be safe.
wtf
Ya... we have to gear specific for heights work. All my climb gear is rated for over 5000 lbs. Always curious how they can get away saying that D ring can be used as an anchor point for rope work.
Thank you for your service

I'm a volunteerfirefighter and trained medic and we do lots of work with our local swat team
Sig is making some really nice pistols lately I was just checking out the new ones at the local gunshop the other day, very modular which is awesome.
They have safety issues, they have multiple pending lawsuits because their pistols would discharge in a holster
@@motorboat3478 oh damn I haven't heard about that, good to know
@Mizzle420420 it's manly just the p320 I believe, it's not all of them. It was a bad batch if I remember, I could be wrong though.
Hey this video came out un my BIRTHDAY :)
Happy late birthday :)
Thanks bro :D
Check out the surefire dg switch for the light, it allows for firing hand activation via the middle finger.
If anyone has problems with PMAGS its proobably your rifle not the mags lmao
Chris Schmitt ran pmags in a LMT and they wouldn’t drop free. couldn’t fit them in the weapon system with 30 rounds in the mag so binned them for Lancer mags.
Also same with the scar and 416
@@arnoldgreen338 I used Magpul's EMAGs (basically a PMAG without all the texturing) while I was in Afghanistan, they were generally reliable, but 4 of the 10 I had brought with me were splitting at the top and another 2 or 3 had damaged feed lips at the end of my tour. They saw me through, and never stopped working well. I had a buddy whose PMAG's magazine hole had smoothed out and it could no longer be loaded into the M4. I've since parted ways with both the Army and Magpul's magazines. The mags are good for what they are, but Lancer L5s are all I run now and I love them. Smooth feeding, durable, reliable. Everything you'd want in a magazine. PMAGs have since been relegated to just a range mag in my book.
pmags are like women in certain rifles, in my sig sauer you have to smack em up pretty good before they comply (seat properly/fully)...bad joke i know, deal with it.
P mags (especially the older ones) are known for being unreliable in certain recievers. So it's not really the rifles fault because the mag should fit in any reciever that's meant for it.
6.66x69NAT0 Rhwyre theyre issued out to several branches now
Nice choice with the p320 but some advice from a CQB Marine the very front of your flak (vest) free from anything that isn't ment to kill just helps when the seconds count and you need to get that gun back up
This is a nice epuipment
Hey Sam, I’m looking to possibly get into the same line of work. I’m still in the Army as a 68W Combat Medic and am making progress in attaining certs which I believe will be key on my application i.e. ACLS and Paramedic-Tactical course which will result in certs that translate to the civilian world. We enjoy a relatively limitless budget for gear and medical supplies, my question to you is how does the budget work in your department? Is your department funding medical gear, equipment and supplies, or does a certain portion come out of your pocket?
Great info for military applications as well. Thanks for the videos from Finland, liked/subbed!!!
3:31 double decker tacos😂😂😂
Why was this so funny?
That’s the name of the pouch lol.
That’s the name of the pouch....

I got a feeling this dude isn’t in the Tac gear world in any sort of way....
This is really cool set up you got man. I love it.
you are the coolest and love weapons
well guess i will need to buy a NAR-4 AID Bag, it looks Way better than the one i use at the moment, (mine is bigger and bulkier so good for masscas events), but usually a small bag like the Nar-4 would fit better for my day to day operations, thanks for recommending it =) Stay safe out there. from a co-worker in another country
Nice Brother. GOD BLESS YOU.
Drooling at the uf pro stuff, been eyeing them for a while now
They are really nice pieces of kit.

In pants liner!! You should add that... totally my go to
Love your videos!! I was wondering if you could do a video where you talk about calls you had as a paramedic and also times when you were deployed with the Swat team and your skills were needed. Thanks again!
he cant because hes never had an actual incident where hes had to even get his clothing dirty or use any of those "special tactics". you can tell by how clean everything is.
@@beyond305 At 7:49 he says he'd usually have a (what I think he says) is an NPA but he recently used it and still need to restock it. Given it's a medical pouch i'd assume it's a NPA.
Keeping kit clean is a basic skill.

Thank you.
10:54 “..so if this fails” 😂
If an Aimpoint fails, Hell has frozen over!
If it fails, it probably got shot, lol
That,s great I appreciate it, very nice combat equipment.
Setup is great. Only improvement (imo) is using Kydex (hard plastic) magazine holders. Faster combat reloads due to not needing to remove the elastic. Maybe moving the med pouch on the belt closer to central so can be accessed by either arm easier but ehhh 🤷🏽♂️ you kinda got a whole backpack with supplies anyways 🤣
Great video on real world kit and set up.loving the battle belt kit
Informative as usual my friend.
You’re one cool medic dude haha
This makes me want to be a swat medic after getting my paramedic certification!
dam imagine getting shot by someone just to have him save u after
I really like that belt you have, has a nice buckle mechanism, might have to get one of those. I like your double decker mag pouches too.
could you do a video on cold weather patient care , like how cold temp affects trauma, patient assessment, haemorrhage , Fast assessments and cold wether injuries
This is the first vid Ive seen and I already want to subscribe
Thanks for showing your gear, I'm applying to my sheriff's department with the aim of joining the SWAT team after they saved my brothers and I as children, if you have any tips for someone that might help for preparing or joining I'd more than welcome them!
Tipnotice they give u shit when you get in you don’t need to be buying vests and tac gear that they probably won’t let you use
GTA. 5. PoLi
Well, did you get in?
Any update bro???
Used this to make a cool kit in ground branch.
You gotta be really good at Airsoft!
Thanks for your service
The Tourniquet is very important
usually causes more damage when used by untrained persons, unless used properly and only when absolutely necessary...don't listen to "preppers" or "airsoft kids" and cyberspace doesn't qualify as proper training.
Matt a. Yes thats true. The right way to Use this while airsoft is to wrap it around the neck, turn 20x and wait 5 Minutes.
@@muschelmann7561 haha! fuck yeah! cheers to that.
If your applying a tourniquet to anything other then a catastrophic injury I’d totally agree but that said if your leg is totally fucking mangled it’s hard to make it any worse 😂
TheTyrantOfMars if there is no leg left u just need one thick Finger to stop blood lost 😊
I m from MDPD(Miami Dade Police Department) and I have the same battle belt as yours.
When am an adult im gonna join the tatical swat team :D
This channel satisfies my gear whore addiction! Love the UF Pro kit, maybe a separate review?
I have a jacket very similar to that, a bit lower end but close, thinking of upgrading soon
Veryyy good gear. like
With your radio the band that holds the cover the antana can be put through the the band
on the medic bag he said " i will leave it outside if im going into a larger building like a school" that really upset me the fact swat have to go to schools in general
Cheers for the gear showcase, I'm about to join SWAT so this helps me out for certain bits
So how is it? Are you a medic?

Question, are you using soft armor for entry stuff or have you gotten rifle rated plates?
I have rifle plates I can put in. It depends on the op
@@PrepMedic understood, safe hunting.
If you love your job as a swat paramedic keep doing it. Your job is to try save lives and I bet that's what you do in every call
nice gear, but with the gas mask it does degrade over time when you have it plugged in, if i were you i would check it every once and awhile to make sure that it still works before you actually use it. but besides that cool kit.
Do yourself a favor and get an Anti-drift pin kit for that rifle. Your pins will move, and usually at the worst possible moment. You also need to get a nomex hood/ fighter pilot gloves. Ok just get as much nomex as you can. buildings and cars tend to light on fire when an assault team starts tossing flash bangs/ dumping ammo into it. I'm still annoyed that the NTOA hasn't recommended full nomex for tactical teams. (a gross oversight in my opinion.)
If your shoulders get fatigued after wearing armor then you haven't trained in it enough
Hey bud, former Combat Medic - do you not carry a light other than on your systems? They make bright, durable pen lights - totally recommend. Great to keep out of your med bag just to check pupils, do a quick assessment, extra light when you’re using any of your IFAK gear as well.
Awesome vid!
Where do you buy your UF Pro stuff? It's always out of stock wherever I look.
Might be because the company is from Slovenia and its hard for them to keep up the demand. Irony is that i got black UF PRO® STRIKER XT COMBAT JACKET on sale for 25€ at retail store this year.
