Ive plugged in the aux and bluetooth into the back of fhe radio and gone onto expert settings but aux doesnt come up. Any idea what i should do?

You might have the tuner list and not the update list in which case you wont be able to

Just a normal charger from cigarette lighter. Or if you have usb entry you can plug a cable in there.
