@@Flux281 to maximize gains you do 2 things: 1.- invest regularly. 2.- invest for many years. Investing regularly means deposit money and buy ETFs as often as you possibly can, whether it's manual or not it doesn't matter, they key is you have to keep investing.
Great video. Thanks. I have a question: Does the growth over 10 years for each ETF include or exclude dividends reinvested? I usually reinvest all my dividends, which means I have a growth rate which is effectively higher.
@@TalkingMoneyWithNozi Thank you. I was hoping you could tell me as it’s your spreadsheet haha. But I had a look at the fact sheets and they don’t mention whether it’s included or not so I imagine it’s excluded (not sure if you find different info?) Either way, definitely an important consideration, because it can change things quite a bit as you know. A stock with a slightly lower return but higher dividend might outperform the one with a higher return and lower dividend if someone chooses to reinvest the dividend.
Hi Nozi, hope you are well. Wanted ask about a annual management fee of 0.201% that I saw on the 1invest Global Reit ETF, what's the difference between a TER and Annual management fee and how does the annual management fee affect my dividend return? Thank you
@@TalkingMoneyWithNozi Thank you for your reply. I got confused and still confused because the annual management fee is 0.201 but the TER is 0.34 so I was wondering how much will I end up paying annually if I invest in this ETF. I follow your advise/strategy to try buy ETFs with a low TER
There are no investment periods on the stock market. You decide how long you want to invest but to get the best results you have to invest for more than 5 years
Thanks very much for the Video Nozipho, I have just one question. Can a person Invest about R2,000,000+ or more as a Lump Sum for 10 Years in the TFSA? Or are there restrictions?
There are restrictions for the TFSA. You're limited to invest a maximum of R36 000 per tax year. Watch this video to learn about TFSA accounts ua-cam.com/video/VPxztscwd_k/v-deo.html

What is the buying strategy? Like S&P 500 & top 40, they look expensive, can one wait for them to drop in value before buying?
Thank you very much, very clear

my confusion here is between setting up a recurring payment to monthly buy an ETF and just buying it once which is the best move to maximize gains
You can buy the ETFs manually every month

Please check the fact sheets. If it says total return then it includes dividends

I already created an account but I don't know how to deposit 😢

I took the growth from the ETF fact sheets. You can download the documents and check the performance yourself

The Annual management fee is part of the TER. TER is taken from your investments once a year, you will not notice it.
