I also went there last Sunday and literary all there food was tasty. There is nothing as such ninja technique. Just one policy, try everything in small portion atleast once, and if anything you like and your tummy allows then only repeat. Strictly no food wastage. EAT WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVE WHAT YOU EAT AND RESPECT YOUR FOOD.
